It would be useful if search results on a search query with multiple results could display in a search results window or the attribute table after the search had been run. For example, if I search for something that has multiple results with the same search query, then the map will zoom to the full extent of all the search results and will highlight them. If the features are small or there are many results, it is hard to see where they are and how many there are. This would be useful when searching something like Property Owner. If John Smith owns 5 properties, then having a table with the 5 search results display that the user could then select and zoom to would be easier than the map zooming to the full extent of the 5 properties and highlight them. Also currently if the user selects one of those properties the outline on the others will clear, and the search has to be re-run to find the others again.

This would be really useful, then the user can expand the one they are interested in. Especially when there are a large number of feature queries running on a layer

When a field returned by a feature query doesn't have a value, the pop-up window displays 'null' to the user. I think this would be better if it was simply left blank or had a dash or something else, rather than 'null'.

When configuring the Select widget within the LocalMaps map admin page, the layers are listed alphabetically. Sometimes it would be easier if the layers were listed in the order they are in the map. Ideally there would be an option to switch between alphabetical sorting and map order sorting. Also if it could show the groups they are in then that would be very handy.

It would be easier for the user if in the Select widget, it either only displayed the layers that are actually turned on in the map, or if there was an tick box available that would limit the layers shown to be those that are turned on in the map. In a map with hundreds of layers, it can be very time consuming to find the relevant layers to turn on/off or find after doing a selection.

When using the select widget in a map with many selectable layers, sometimes finding the layer with the selection can be a time consuming process! I mainly found this an issue whilst using the Select by Attributes option, but still applies to the other Select by options too. My idea is to include all the layers with at least one feature selected to feature at the top of the widget, as these are likely the features most interested to analyse at the time of selection. Would save a lot of time scrolling and trying to find the particular layer or any non-zero numbers! Illustration as below: Select Widget idea

Part of my problem was I had links to Open Data from other pages and I'd included 'sort by name' as part of the URL as thats what worked best at the time. If I remove that then it sorts by relevance which works much better. For an example of where a specific string would be useful, it would be say searching for 'revaluation 2017' on our Open Data site. Currently, this also returns anything with 2017 in the title or description/tags, most of the results are completely irrelevant to the search Open Data

Hi I may just be being dumb, but I can't work out how to do this in Hub. In google, if I want to search for a specific string e.g. "How do I search in Hub" I put speech marks around it. In hub, this still searches for each word individually and returns all results. How do you do a search in hub that will only include ALL words in the search query? Thanks

When a user opens a widget panel, it would be helpful if the icon on the toolbar changed so the user could easily tell what widget is opened See attached pictures.

For anyone else who looks at this, it is apparently already a known bug BUG-000101812 When a custom basemap is created with a visibility scale set from a webmap, upon switching basemaps in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS and switching back to the custom basemap, the visibility scale is not honored.

Hi I'm having an issue where the scale visiblity settings on layers within a basemap are being ignored after the basemap has been switched in the web app builder. I have a custom basemap which contains three tile caches. One is set to view when zoomed out and it then switches to the other two when zoomed in. e.g. when zoomed out and when zoomed in This is how it is saved in the webmap (which is shared with the basemap group) https://marlborough.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=8bc422733c6848dfaf01cc522dc209a9 There are some other basemaps as well which contain either one or two tile caches. This is the webmap used in the web app builder https://marlborough.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=3c12c954d2394241971edbbb097d6822. If you change basemap from the default 'MDC Basemap/Aerials' to something else e.g. 'MDC Topographic'. Then change back to 'MDC Basemap/Aerials' this all seems to work ok. However. In a web app builder pointing to the same map https://marlborough.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=09b642b595d24ab8afed5b476b8e55e1, if you change basemap tool and do the same thing as above, the scale settings are ignored and the three tile caches display at all levels when you switch back to MDC Basemap/Aerials. Help..... is this a bug? Thanks

Similar to my other idea to show the map name in the browser tab, the LocalMaps site name also could show in the Browser Tab. In the attached image are three different LocalMaps sites but all say LocalMaps:Gallery in the browser tab. It would be better if it could say the LocalMaps site name e.g. "Hawke's Bay Maps" instead.
