Probably not going to find a single site that would cover the whole world. I know in my area our government has a WMS for air photos dating back to the 1980s that you can access. Where are you looking for?

How is the location reported to the responders in the initial call? If someone is calling from a cell phone the call will not geocode I believe. The caller has to tell the dispatcher where they are.

When creating a Survey123 Survey you have an option of using Choice Filters under Choices to sub select Domain Choices in the Survey based on a previous answer I would like to see the ability to Select a Group for Domain to be used in the Choice Filter. When you create a Survey Template in ArcGIS Pro and publish it, the domain is automatically brought over to the Survey when you import the Feature Service. And or the ability to add multiple groups onto a single Domain Example. We have an inspection. The first question is what type of device are you inspecting shield conductor poletop structure ground guy switch misc Say you select Shields. The next question is What is the Cause. Choice filter can be built so that if the first answer is shield only the codes for Cause that match shield will show up. The other 200 do not. The third question is Severity. A second choice filter column is used to distinguish which of the 300 severity answers are viable based on the answer from the second question. It would be very handy if we could build those groups right into the domain itself. So when imported into Survey123 those values are there.

Could you make a feature layer polygon around the stream and have that be the selection to start the survey and it creates the point at the location the survey is taking place

Yep whole new level of complex. We don't use routing services ourselves. But what you could do is build the points in the gis and add a hyperlink using Google, Apple, or Bing maps to create the driving directions when you select the hyperlink. It would at least give you the best route based on traffic. I used just that when creating driving directions into Collector (before Collector had directions built in) The field techs would click the hyperlink and it would pop up Google or Apple maps to give directions to the site they were going to.

I would simply rebuild the feature class without the creating and edited fields. then in catalog or pro add the editing fields. and load the data back in. No idea how you created duplicate fields as the tool to added editor tracking won't do that it will create them if they don't exist or reactivate them if they exist. Quite possibly the feature class was created by a join of two different features and that would give you the _1

Survey123 can be a exceptionally basic and simple. However, a Survery123 survey can also be very complex with multiple branches and domains and can go to numerous directions based on the users input. Creating a block diagram while in the design process can go a long way towards designing your survey so it works. What I would like to see is a app for Survey123 that allows you to design the survey in a block diagram that links questions and domains. It would allow you to designate the type of input for an answer. then the diagram is imported into the Survery123 spreadsheet complete with types, name, label, etc. And importantly the relevant column

You put the object id into a text field. I was under the assumption you were creating AssetID which is where you would put the objectID. Then add something to distinguish that it belongs to that Feature Class. And possibly format the number so it is X number of characters long. example. New handhole. ObjectID 4824 formatted to HH004824 You would not use the objectID as the unique identifier for that Handhold because as you said when it goes to a different system the objectID's are new, but the unique AssetID would go where ever. Using objectID as the BASE of the AssetID would prevent you from creating duplicate AssetID's automatically.

It would eliminated the need for this question. ObjectID will be unique for any new feature created in the feature class

We have created a number of Groups in our portal. In one situation I have a Group for our Telecom Technicians One group for our Telecom Technician Managers I want to create an Web Map that only one of those managers can access and edit. With the current SHARE setting it is GROUP or nothing. And we do not want to make that manager an administrator. The idea is Allow SHARE to individuals and or groups.
