I am not familiar with the nuts and bolts of it but it works via a custom SOE and uses linear referencing.

Bad idea. You would break everything. If you need a to alter the relationship you need to go back to the source. changing that relationship could break lot of things.

We build Feature Classes by creating Attributes and adding Domains. We set the various values and the Domain needs to be compatible. I would like to see the ability of a Domain to define the values of the attribute Example: You create a new Attribute. You give it a name and alias Then you select the Domain that is desired The Domain then sets Data Type Allow NULL Number Format Default Precision Length Such that these values are made to fit the needs of the Domain. To take it a step further. You want to create a new Feature Class or Table Open a dialog to create the FC or Table Select the Domains you want included. Each time you select one it prompts you for a name and alias. Then you can also select the same Domain again if it is being used for a different attribute

You can use the relevant column to turn a question on based on a previous questions answer. I have one survey I made that is getting quite long. I would like for there to be a way so that a question disappears after it has been answered. Specifically image types.

I have a project of a Wall map for my companies service area which spans parts of 3 states. We have an area around a dense metro where there are too many labels to show them on the full size map. So we have an inset, as you are describing, with that metro area in it. First thing we did was create Text attribute. All those features that were outside of the inset we marked as System, those in side the metro we marked Metro I then created labeling for the System scale items such that it only shows System scale items using the SQL Query. And set the visibility scale I then duplicated the labeling and set the SQL show everything, so the system items and also set the visibility scale. end result metro labels were no showing up on the system and system labels were not showing up on the metro. With a few exceptions, we had some long transmission lines that went into the Metro and we wanted them labeled.

If the frames are at different scales you can make label classes that turn on or off at different scales.

this formula will create a full Julian date =TEXT(TODAY(),"yyyy")&TEXT((TODAY() -DATEVALUE("1/1/"&TEXT(TODAY(),"yy"))+1),"000") However you may be better served by creating a LUT needing to accommodate for leap years

ArcGIS Online will only display a couple thousand features at one time. And there are probably many many thousand wells in Texas. Do this instead. From ArcGIS Online where you go to add the data. Choose instead to search ArcGIS Online In the search type in TCEQ_Public_Water_System_Wells and add them to your map. However, you may still get the error. You need to then go to setting and change the visibility scale so they are not all visible when the whole state is on screen. If that is the wrong well layer you can just search for Texas Wells. But there are 228 layers that match that.

Under where is says download. Click on the hyperlink Say for example you click on Pipeline Layers by County. If using Internet explorer click on the Page drop down menu and then Open FTP site in File Explorer Or you can just click on Pipelines and you will see zipped files for each county. You can click on the zip file you need and it will download it. If you open it in File Explorer you can down load them all at one time.
