One of the most common questions people have to questions people ask are things like AGOL or Enterprise Versions ArcMAP or ArcGIS Pro Data source i.e. shapefile, .mdb, .fdb, SDE database etc... Quite often the answers will be specific to where the issue is coming from. I would suggest having a Set of questions the asker can fill out first, for this and almost every other group in the forums, that would answer these question. Not mandatory but the first question could be something asking if they want to fill out configuration details to help with their question.

The problem is the formatting you have. Is there a reason why you use coded formatting and not simply specify font and size in the label properties?

A few years ago we had things scattered on individual computers and a network drive. We created a cache directory on our network with a UNC patch and now ALL projects and mxd's are in that directory. We set up a logical directory structure. The end result it is significantly easier for any of the GIS people to find something that someone else created.

It can be done with creative instring calculations. However, what I would do is export your Table, with opject id to a .csv. Open the .csv in Excel. Copy all attributes in the Field you need to scatter. Paste it into Notepad. Copy it from notepad and paste it into Word. In word do find replace and search for Comma and Space and replace it with ^t This will spread your data in to four parts and remove the spaces. The copy and paste the result from word back into your spreadsheet. The bring your spreadsheet into your mxd, join it based on Object ID and update the columns. If your in a personal Geodatabase you could just paste the results of each column into the appropriate column. Actually took me a lot longer to write this then it would take me to do it.

Are you working from shape files. I have never used the tool before 5 minutes ago. I just ran it on 240 points scattered over a region in the US. I did it at 1000 and it only made 3 polygons, 10000 it made 24, and 100000 it did only 2 (one very large) check to make sure you do not have any multipart points. If you are using a shape file. Create a new ShapeFile based on the originals attributes and use the data loader. If your in a database, compress the database. What projection are you using? If you are using a small regional projection that may cause an issue if parts of the polygon go outside of it.

However I do think it is a better practice to have a Main folder. For example any projects I create of our Telecom department. I have Base Telecom Folder on our network drive. When I start a new project I will put it in the Telecom Folder and then have it create a project folder. By not creating a project folder, as in the example above, when you go to add data you may see numerous data sources.

Should not be a problem if you do not have it create a new folder. I have several instances of multiple projects in the same folder. It will create new databases and tool boxes, however you can put the other db's and tb's in the new project.

By drawings do you mean AutoCAD .dwg's or Layouts or maps or something else? When using ArcMAP could you not have used data driven pages? In Pro you can do the same and have hundreds of different exportable maps etc..

There are lot more details you may need to share but without them I will construe this. Is your data in Shapefiles or a database? It would seem that your date is in multiple projections that are not compatible with each other. Meaning they are made for a specific area and cannot mesh up with the data it shares a location with. Possible solution would be to create a new database were all feature datasets use the same projection. I would suggest using WGS_1984_Web_Mercator_Auxiliary_Sphere WKID: 3857 Authority: EPSG Import all your data into the new Feature Data Set(s)

No there is not. I have wanted MS Access functionality in ArcCatalog ever since File Geodatabases were born. Just to clarify, when you say MS Database are you creating a Personal Geodatabase with ArcCatalog and using it in MS Access. I have quite often performed queries and data updates in MS Access as it is often quite easier. There is an option to look at the SQL coding for a query but it does not translate properly.
