I feel it is an Android Issue. I just created a new service and published it. Loaded it on my phone, started streaming and took my dog for a half mile walk. Got home and stopped streaming and it worked just fine. iPhone XR

setting the color of the font in the code won't change the end result. You will need to use color coding. But I don't think it will work in the web site. You can export the table to excel and manually color code based on the number

By outside do you mean miles/kilometers away or do you mean like in a shed outside. I think you would be best served keeping track of your inventory in a Table and then relating it to your locations outside and inside. Example, our company hundreds of locations. Each location has a location number. then using a relation to the table someone can select the point and then see the table of items.

Try instead to create the web app with the New Map Viewer. Are you creating your pop ups in Pro or the web app builder. I have had various issues with Pop Ups. We are working on building our Utility Network at this time. so my thoughts may not be your solution When we upgraded to 10.9.1 and finally got the full version of Field Maps I started building the pop up completely in Pro and then publishing. I then Start a New Map Viewer session and add the service in. It has reduced a lot of pop up issue for me.

The other and more cumbersome, but better resolution answer is to hit the print screen button on your keyboard. The open Paint and paste the screen capture in it. Manipulate the image in Paint and then you can save it as an image file. You can also save the Snipping Tool image as an image file.

Old school answers. Use Sniping Tool, which has been native to Windows for a long time. Make a quick easy image capture. I have created numerous Power Point presentations and help documents capturing Screen images and shared phone images in a Teams Meeting. Just like this

I have close to 223 employees using apps I have developed over the years. As I mentioned all our company phones are iPhones. The only issues we have had are bad data connections, old versions of app (most notably Collector Classic), old phones that could not be updated anymore, and lack of available memory. As far as ESRI having a concrete explanation I would not hold your breath. We brought it up with them quite a few years ago.

Are you wanting to add the date to the field name? Or are you wanting to change the name of Feature Class every hour? If you are wanting to change the name of the Feature Class you would be better served changing the Alias every hour. If you changed the name it would stop working in any Feature Services your are running unless you do some pretty complex coding to the entire system. Where are you needing to see the difference in date? Dashboard, web app, Pro Project etc...

However, 5 million records is probably the largest contributing factor. To that point you may be bogged down by bandwidth, and processing power.

There could be a huge variety of factors that could contribute. You may have to submit a ticket to ESRI. What is your hardware? RAM, Processor, HHD, SSD, cores etc. Those are all things that will effect processing time. Have you tried loading the data in question into a FileGeodatabase on a local drive and comparing the time and performance? Are you in office directly connected via Ethernet to your system or using Wi-Fi

Make sure VPN is not enabled. We (my company and others) have noticed that iDevices seem to be the preferred mobile device of ESRI products, with Android being a secondary consideration. I had been using a Google Pixel for years, which was my personal phone. My company issues iPhones to our field employees. I would have to bring my iPad in to work to write up help documents because Android versions were that much different than those for iDevices. I think part of it is they develop the App for iOS first. Then updates happen first for iOS I think it is very much a combability issue. Not the answer that is going to help you in anyway, other than to suggest everyone uses an iPhone or iPad However, also you phone is an S8. In terms of phone technology that is pretty old. The version of Field Maps you are using it very new. There may be strong compatibility issues in the different OS. What version of OS is your phone on and the other Androids>?

One would think it should be an easy integration. There are a number of websites I have visited for years that will tell me if I entered an email address or phone in an invalid format When you build a feature in Data Design you can specify the number format. Specifying an email format or phone number format should not be that heavy of a lift Looking at the configuration options for Field Maps I think I would put it there as a Input Type dropdown.
