There are two aspects that are very disappointing to me in Dashboards other than the Thumbnails. When creating a new element such as list, details, chart, etc. You now have the ability to create a data expression and bring in a single feature class or table or with a data expression. The data expression I believe should be able to allow you to customize the data that is brought in. But I have not gotten to deep into it. The other aspect, which is bigger for me, is Advanced Formatting in a List.  Meaning you can write Arcade expressions to change up the way your data is manipulated.   I developed a Web App using Survey123 for Field Crews to inspect Buildings.  There are 132 questions each with an opportunity to take a photo. I am also perplexed.  Enterprise seems to lag behind AGOL by 1 to 3 years.  On the above issue with thumbnails I contacted support and they were able to reproduce it with their data and filed it as a bug.  The answer left me with the feeling that the support person left me confused.  He said Enterprise can only display the attachments as a list.  I have always use Details to display attachments. He said another workaround is to upload the attachments as hosted and display them as a list or gallery.  We are stuck right now for our many dashboards display attachments to directing people to use Dashboard Classic   ... The first issue I noticed was Dashboards.  Thumbnails are no longer visible for attachments.  Which is a HUGE issue for several of our apps. The Forms you configure for Field Maps will lose all settings if you have the Web Map open in New Map Viewer and save the web map.   I have also created several web maps with the New Map Viewer.  Close the tab, make changes to the form, open the web map up and we get a warning message that the web map was created or updated in Map Viewer Classic.   The work around for the above issue was to create a web map, save it and then configure the form. save the form. open the web map back up and get the error message and save it again. then go back and reconfigure your form. ... In the mean time perhaps you could export the feature class to a different database and see if the error persists. Sometimes when I have had an issue I have exported the feature class and truncated the original and re-loaded it to solve a problem  However, not always a possible or viable option.  ... View more

A sad truth is that Enterprise seems to be the unwanted puppy of ESRI.  What you see in AGOL is generally doing to be versions ahead of what we get in Portal.  Would advise not  upgrading to 10.9.1 at this time. Just saying.  ... View more

We used to get an issue every now and then with ArcMAP where it would create phantom rows in the database.  i.e. when you delete a feature it actually retains it in the database until you compress it. That phantom row would sometimes cause erroneous issues such as this. I would suggest not upgrading to 10.9.1 and wait until 11.0 In enterprise 10.9.1 you lose the ability to see attachments as thumbnails is one of the more frustrating issues and there are a few other minor irritants that we have encountered.  The blanket answer from ESRI is we will try to fix them for 11.0 I assume the machine in question is verified 64 bit ... On your computer is a file called  Favorites.json C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ESRI\ArcGISPro\Favorites.json In the same folder there should be some connection files.  If you use locators they will be up a directory or two Pro creates a unique toolbox for each project.   If you have a custom tool box I believe you should be able to add it to favorites, which should save in the .json file when you exit Here is a link to a help document https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/2.8/help/projects/project-favorites.htm   ... So the line you were streaming has attachment's enabled and you were taking pictures and associating them with the line. I do not think the Attachments table stores EXIF data.
