@Vinzafy There are multiple factors to consider: Rule type (constraint, calculation, validation) Execution location (client or server) Evaluation type (immediate or deferred) Based on the ArcGIS Pro license levels and ArcGIS Enterprise Functionality Matrix , a Standard Pro license will be needed to update data using client-side attribute rules. Certain attribute rules  can be triggered if they are server-side and the dataset is accessed via a feature service. The Ready to Use Rules  provides access to a gallery of configurable checks that support creation of constraint and validation rules. This is available with an ArcGIS Data Reviewer extension license extension with Pro Basic. The Attribute Rules view is read-only when accessed from an ArcGIS Pro basic license, web feature layer, or database connection as a user who is not the data owner. @HazelRiordan This becomes a bigger design decision. I have seen some Transmission pipeline operators model Pipe Coatings as an LRS event; they use Utility Network but do not populate the Coating attribute in PipelineLine. Some choose to take the most prevalent coating and update the Coating attribute in PipelineLine. Pipe specs are core to  PipelineLine and some may act as Network Attribute that impact functionality. So the recommendation is to keep Pipe specs at the Utility Network.PipelineLine in a combined Utility Network-ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing implementation.  ... View more

@waterschapVallei_en_Veluwe  I updated the link to generate SDEINTERCEPT log files on a machine running ArcGIS Pro. Perhaps you can compare the log files from Pro versions and determine the process that is slowing it down. Behavior on simple features should not change between Pro versions. Are you using any special/advanced layers like utility network, parcel fabric?  ... View more

@waterschapVallei_en_Veluwe  Correlating the 'hang' with 'CSharedQueue Stall timeout' - this seems to be a network communication issue in your ArcGIS environment. There could be a variety of factors causing this network communication like, bandwidth between Pro machine and Enterprise Geodatabase server.    Recommend testing the same from a Pro machine on close network proximity to Geodatabase server and getting a system admin to monitor the behavior. If needed you can ask the system admin to setup SDE  intercept logging :  Set up intercept log files on a machine running ArcGIS Pro ... View more

@Kevin_Andras What is your coordinate reference system and default linear units? In map views, ArcGIS Pro sets the elevation units to the linear units defined by the map's vertical coordinate system, if it exists. If a vertical coordinate system is not assigned, it is set to the linear units defined by the map's x,y coordinate system.
