This tool would create ellipses using your attributes, but it assumes a major and a minor axis. (symmetrical, not asymmetrical); https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/distance-direction/create-ellipses.htm And my last idea is to use Arcade Expressions, but I don't have a specific suggestion to help.

My first thought was the Extrude Features to 3D Symbology feature: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/extrude-features-to-3d-symbology.htm But this would just make your trees the right height. I'll keep thinking about your actual question.

How many points do you have? Hundreds or Thousands? Your answer will determine the best approach to take. You need thousands to get a tool like Find Hot Spots or Emerging Hot Spot Analysis (Space-Time Pattern Mining) to work properly. There's also a Time Series Forecasting toolset here: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/space-time-pattern-mining/an-overview-of-the-time-series-forecasting-toolset.htm

Have you tried the skyline tool? https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/3d-analyst/skyline.htm Using a raster input is optional. It will create a line as an output, but then you can use the skyline as an input to the skyline barrier tool to create a multipatch output. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/3d-analyst/skyline-barrier.htm

Does your Locate Pane look like this? When I go through the list right-clicking on each and choosing Zoom To, the scale is different for each, sometimes zooming in, sometimes zooming out. If I right-click and choose Pan To, the scale doesn't change.

I would also suggest that if you have many layers you can create a Group Layer to stay organized. Then you can turn off/on the entire group with a single checkbox. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/work-with-group-layers.htm

Could you try Pan To instead of Zoom To, so the zoom level stays the same?

If you're interested in creating an organization for a team of members, consider trying a free trial here: https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/arcgis-online/trial I don't know how to change your login type. I believe you should be able to sign in with your username and password without going through your social media. Did you create a username?

I assume you bought it through here? https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/arcgis-for-personal-use/buy This is for personal use only. You can't create a team of members with your personal account. The link I shared before was to create an organizational account, which would allow for a team of members. With your personal account, you can share your data with the public, or keep it private. You cannot create a group of members to share it with. To do that, you'd need an organizational account.

It sounds like you have a free public account. You are using it for personal, noncommercial use. In this case, you can't invite other members. Are you on a trial subscription for your organization? If so, you will be limited to 6 members, I think. Look under your Licenses tab, then click User Types. See if it says 0 available. You might have a different user type still available.

Are both maps in Web Mercator projection? Is the one that isn't giving feedback in state plane projection? It appears to be a known issue that the measure tool won't provide "feedback" for a map in the state plane projection.
