With your personal account, you can share your data with the public, or keep it private.  You cannot create a group of members to share it with.  To do that, you'd need an organizational account. ... Are you on a trial subscription for your organization?  If so, you will be limited to 6 members, I think.  Look under your Licenses tab, then click User Types.  See if it says 0 available.  You might have a different user type still available.     ... View more
