I found this other thread that explains that turning the Allow Scrolling to No only turns it off for embedded apps like StoryMaps. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-hub-questions/no-allow-scrolling-for-application-card-not/m-p/1041703 However, if you really want to turn it off, I found this other page that explains how: https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/sample-code/view-disable-zoom/

Are they turned off in the layer list, or are you using the category selector to "turn them off"? Apparently, applying a category selector is not going to keep you from selecting the extra layers, but perhaps turning them off in the layer list would?

If you embedded your WAB in the Hub page using an iframe, then look for the setting called Allow Scrolling and turn it off. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/hub/sites/embed-video-social-media-and-iframes.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_C30D73392D964D51A8B606128A8A6E8F The link above is for the help doc on this.

The first thing I would try is to go into the Fields view of the Attribute Table. Check your number format for your Date fields. Set each date field to how you want it to display.

I would set each of your crime indicators to a scale of 1 to 10. You can use the Rescale by Function tool to do this. I like the Power option, but you can use Linear, Logarithmic, Gaussian, Exponential or others. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/spatial-analyst/rescale-by-function.htm https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/spatial-analyst/how-rescale-by-function-works.htm Then after you've set them all to that scale of 1-10, then use the Weighted Sum tool, setting your weights accordingly. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/spatial-analyst/weighted-sum.htm https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/spatial-analyst/how-weighted-sum-works.htm

Open your Geoprocessing pane, by clicking the Analysis tab, then Tools. Expand the Data Management toolbox. Expand Raster. Expand Raster Properties. Alternatively, just type in Calculate Statistics into the search box at the top where it says Find Tools.

I have taken to making a custom legend outside of the map window, using a text panel. I can add text, images, shapes, etc. to a text panel and recreate the legend to whatever size I want. That way I can position it anywhere I want too.

You could create a status field and then set the status in the survey. Your map could then be symbolized on the status field, with certain statuses not symbolized (to clear them from the map). Using a status field, you have more possible answers than just yes/no. By just not symbolizing them, you are not deleting the feature, so you have it in your archive, yet it is no longer visible.

If you create your survey using an XLS Form, you can create repeats inside your survey. Each set of repeats will be saved in a separate layer or table. If your repeat collects a geopoint or geoshape, it will create a layer for the repeat. If your repeat just collects attributes, it will create a table. What @jcarlson was trying to say is that those repeats will be related back to the Parent main layer. The repeats are Children to the Parent, in a 1:M relationship. When you publish your survey, it will create one main feature service with multiple feature layers and tables within. Example, we are working a project where there is a large area surveyed (the Parent) and multiple small areas within (the Children). We capture a geoshape at the parent level, and then there is a repeat that stores another geoshape.

If you have set it up so that the user is assigned surveys to work in their inbox, they should be trained to refresh their inbox to see the full list of surveys assigned to them. When they open the app, it should not immediately launch an empty survey. It should show a choice of doing a Collect or opening their Inbox. But the Inbox will have a number next to it, to indicate they have surveys waiting for them in their inbox. See the attached screenshot for what I mean. The other option is to turn off the ability to collect new surveys altogether, using the toggle in Survey 123 Connect. I put a screenshot of the Options page below.
