Asking for field values on a newly created feature

I would like to make it so that whenever I create a new feature on a certain shapefile (e.g a new polygon, point, etc) ArcgisPRO automatically asks me what it's attributes will be (what values will it have on the different fields that exist in said shape), is there any way to make this happen?

You have two options, I think.  You can set up attribute rules, using the guidance found here: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geodatabases/overview/an-overview-of-attribute-ru...

Or you could just have the Attributes window open as you edit, as a reminder to fill them out as you go.
