When will "Work Force" functionality be integrated into Field Maps for assigning work? We are trying to decide if we should implement Workforce or wait until it is part of Field Maps. Staff are only just beginning to use field maps and we are using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 on Azure. We also need Work Force to use the old classic map viewer or for the new map viewer to support related tables. Is there a road map somewhere? Thanks!

This is now logged as #BUG-000151157 Arcade expression with the function count() hangs and does not calculate an Integer field in the classic map viewer of Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.

When will the new Map Viewer in ArcGIS Enterprise support related tables? We are using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 on Azure (so it is even further behind AGOL in terms of releases). Is there a current roadmap? I found one for 2019! We use related tables for inspections of sites in Field maps and there is no way around using the old classic Map Viewer. This causes all kinds of odd behaviors with the Field Maps custom form disappearing and more. Thanks for any clues so we can plan to upgrade someday!

To be honest, I will be surprised if they do implement this. A non moveable fixed popup is more accessible (WCAG standards) for screen readers via tabbing. I don't know if this is possible in a movable popup.

I do wish that ESRI would prioritize adding related tables into the new map viewer. It is a best practice to use a related table in the field for repeated visits to the same site.

I have had this setting change on the web map (ArcGIS Enterprise 9.1) and I'm not sure why. I set up search for some fields in the map viewer and search by address, then somehow it got changed to be unchecked in the settings. I am not sure if this is because I am using map viewer classic (the new map viewer still does not support related tables). I can only have search by feature or search by address it seems. Ok thanks @Anonymous User . I see this in the documentation "Calculated expressions are not currently supported in ArcGIS Enterprise" but as there is an option in the web map field called "Calculated Expression" in our AGE so I thought it might work!

I have the same issue with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 I am using the old map viewer and I think every time I edit something in the map viewer the form disappears. I can't use the new map viewer until it supports related tables. Catch 22

@Anonymous User is this an issue with the ArcGIS Enterprise version of Field Maps too? I'm using 10.9 on ArcGIS Enterprise in Azure.

I have a related table in ArcGIS Enterprise using the classic map viewer. (Relates don't work for field maps in the new map viewer on AGE 10.9 yet unless I am mistaken). I want to use the calculated field to be equal to the number of records in the related table (SiteVisits). This way I can set a status field for sites that need to be visited. When clicking test this gives me an expected number, but when I click OK it just hangs and never calculates anything in the table (only 70 records). I'm hoping it is a user error that is fixable! _______________ return Count (FeatureSetByRelationshipName($feature,"SitesVisits"))

Securely store photos collected in Field Maps and ArcGIS Enterprise in Box.com Staff collect photos in the field using Field Maps and these are currently stored in the ArcGIS Enterprise data store connected to a site location visit and site ID. There will be thousands of photos taken soon. We need to store photos and documents outside of the ArcGIS Enterprise data store so that they are accessible to other applications including our main enterprise revenue system. We use active directory for security, ArcGIS Enterprise 9 on Azure and the most recent iOS Field maps app. Is there a way to use the box.com API to store the documents in Box? https://developer.box.com/reference/ Can an interface be developed for ArcGIS Enterprise?

That's a good idea! Strangely I'd like to go the other way...until the analysis tools appear in the new Map Viewer in AGOL.

Is it possible to store documents collected in the Field Maps app (photos of receipts, photos) in a document management system outside of ArcGIS Enterprise such as Box? Thanks Fiona
