The Value function allows you to do that. It supports Arcade expressions and reads information directly from the table, filtering it to Map Series rows. Maybe I'm not understanding what you are trying to do.

Have you tried the Value dynamic text tag? That supports attributes and expressions on a layout. It should give you the results you are looking for.

Could be a bug. If you reach out to Technical Support they could troubleshoot and figure out for sure if it's a problem. I haven't seen it with any of my data, but there could something specific in your configuration or dataset that isn't being accounted for.

This topic explains some different dynamic text elements you can use with a spatial map series https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/layouts/use-dynamic-text-with-map-series.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_AEDE36784A8D48478BE8D9D8E9FB5662. It sounds like you need a couple pieces of dynamic text, including Value dynamic text to show the name and Count to show the feature count. You can filter to only show visible or only show map series values on dynamic text, which should get you what you need.

If you click Add Multiple Guides, there is an option to place a single guide at a location. Also, after you add a guide when you drag it you can see the exact location.

Hi, For the first problem, what is the grid's coordinate system? This is separate from the map's coordinate system. Check Clip to UTM zone boundary to only see coordinates for one zone.
