Enter a value for a layout guide?

Is it possible to enter a numeric value for a guide, rather than clicking on the ruler and hoping you are at the exact location where you want the guide to be?

If you click Add Multiple Guides, there is an option to place a single guide at a location. Also, after you add a guide when you drag it you can see the exact location.
