We have an existing ArcGIS Survey123 form that we have been using to collect feedback on a project and it was created in Survey123 Connect (has some smart functionality). We've now transitioned the project into a hub premium initiative so that we can collaborate and share editing with our project partners. We would like to add the existing form to the feedback section so that our 'Core Team' can view the results. Despite the form being shared to the Core Team group, it still doesn't appear in the feedback tab when logged in to the hub site. When you try to add a form there is only an option to create a new survey. How can we make sure all the feedback forms for our initiative are shared in the feedback section for the Core Team to view/edit? ... View more

I've configured the showcase web app template to preview some data in our hub premium site. The app and all data is shared with everyone and shared to the hub content group. When I open the app from ArcGIS online, it loads fine. But when I open through hub or try to embed it in the page, it just appears blank like this: How it should look: ... View more

We recently published a new hub site that we have been sharing over social media. It defaults to using the logo as the image, which doesn't look good! Is it possible to change the images and text that appears when you share through social media? And can we add any SEO settings to improve searchability etc? ... View more

We only have a limited number of community user IDs included with our hub premium licence, so we don't want to allow anyone to follow our initiatives and use up our allocation. As a result, we want to control who can join the hub community for our initiatives. Is it possible to create a sign up form that will automatically add new members to the community and specified hub teams, but only when we have approved them?  So far, I have managed to set up a Survey123 form to collect their details. I've then created a webhook to notify the core team via Slack message and then we have to manually add the new user to the community account and add them to the initiative groups. I want to publish data as vector tiles that can be viewed with the standard world basemaps, as well as the Ordnance Survey (GB) basemaps in British National Grid. If I publish the tiles using the ArcGIS Online / Bing Maps / Google Maps tiling scheme and try to change the basemap to GB Light Grey, it gives the following error message: Do I have to publish two different items in ArcGIS Online (not ideal) or is there a way to publish one vector tile layer with multiple tiling schemes?
