We are trying to script some automation for publishing sde services from Pro 2.5 to our Portal site. I've been able to create the .sd draft but when trying to StageService I get error 999999. Anyone else run into this issue?

I've added a polygon shapefile. Opened the attribute table and added a text field called "name". After applying the changes in the "Fields" window all of my double type values in other fields become integers.... Anyone know how or why this is happening and how I can prevent or correct this?
Could be the shapefile. Use Copy features in the data management toolbox and save the shapefile to a featureclass in a geodatabase. The 9525.7.... is weird dump the shapefile get it into a geodatabase first, you can always export back later
