One of the newest layers in ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World is Bureau of Economic Analysis – Gross Domestic Product (GDP), 2019. This layer contains 2019 GDP estimates from the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) for the nation, regions, states, and counties. This ready-to-use layer can provide great context when mapping economic and business topics. Like most of layers created from federal datasets, this layer is free to use and does not consume credits. For more information, see County-level Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by industry now available.

Living Atlas now includes two new precipitation datasets: The Integrated Multi-Satellite Retrievals for Global Precipitation Measurement (IMERG) and WorldClim. The Integrated Multi-Satellite Retrievals for GPM (IMERG) layer provides global precipitation estimated from NASA’s Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) and the Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) satellites. The WorldClim Precipitation layer shows the expected inter-annual precipitation at any given place. For more information, see Precipitation layers in ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World.

Last year Esri updated the wildfire live feed hosted in the Living Atlas for the United States. This service leverages the Integrated Reporting of Wildland-Fire Information (IRWIN) location database along with the polygon perimeters from the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC). View the live feed here. The ArcGIS Living Atlas and Disaster Response teams have recently updated the layer with additional incident age fields as well as improvements to the cartography. The WV_Boundary shapefile is complete - and includes a .prj I tried using Firefox and while there were no complaints, the above shapefile had no features. I tried using Chrome, and got an error message. I looked at the shapefile in ArcGIS Pro, and everything seemed to draw correctly with all attributes, etc. I exported your shapefile again from Pro, and everything worked fine importing/publishing as a feature layer in ArcGIS Online using Chrome and Firefox. There seem to be overlapping polygons, which I did not expect. Also some very thin slivers which seem unusual. So I'd consider the heritage of the shapefile and see if there are any issues there.
