No heavy lifting at all, it's easy. Even if you do not configure your pop-up it seems to work just fine, but you should always think to configure pop-ups. The unconfigured pop-up The result in the PDF file: Again, all of what is in the pop-up can also be exported as a CSV file and from there you have additional print capabilities and options.

I had a couple of minutes to experiment and remembered something I had forgotten. What you get in the export, whether it is CSV or PDF, is determined by how the pop-up is configured. Pop-up: PDF export:

I'd have to look again, but recall that you can format the output. It was originally (as I recall) intended to generate mailing labels, but I've never used it for that. Rather used it to do things like locate all hospitals or medical facilities within a certain distance of a predicted hurricane track. One of the interesting things about the app is that you are actually doing spatial analysis of sorts, but don't have to be a member of an organization, be a creator, nor do you consume credits.

One app you could take a look at is the Public Notification app, one of the Instant Apps. Using it you can create lists of features to export as CSV and PDF. The location to search from can be an address/place or a sketched feature like a point/line/polygon. You can specify your own search distance. Another to consider, but this didn't quite seem like what you needed, is the Nearby Instant App.

I tried in Enterprise Portal and ArcGIS Online, and was able to repro the issue - Search appears in Enterprise Portal, not in ArcGIS Online. I'll go ahead and make sure the issue is logged and if I remember, will add the issue # here.

As a workaround if needed... If you need to do this now, Map Viewer Classic supports adding GPX files directly, via browsing or via drag-n-drop. The GPX file is converted to an internal feature collection in Map Viewer Classic, but you can visualize those in Map Viewer. Those features are stored "inside the map" and can't be used in other maps. However, you can create a hosted feature layer out of the feature collection GPX files that you can use in other maps by using Save Layer in Map Viewer Classic, then publishing the newly created saved layer item. There are also a number of utilities that you will find online that can be used to convert GPX files to CSV and other formats, and you GPS device may also have an associated program that can do the same.

Scene Viewer is used to author, view, and interact with 3D scenes. ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World includes authoritative live feeds and other global content. 3D Viewer is one of the ArcGIS Instant Apps that lets you showcase a scene using easily configured tools. Using the above, you can make your own auto-rotating globe in a minute, maybe less. Open blog article For more information, see Map in a minute: Create a rotating globe using ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Living Atlas. You can set your own preferences for Map Viewer over Classic regardless of your organization settings. Sign in, click your avatar, and choose My Settings: In the General tab you can choose the primary map viewer: This Help topic should clarify: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/configure-map.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_92454AED1B2E40B0B56307DC1C4EFC1F

Using ArcGIS Online, any organization can establish Map Viewer as the default over Map Viewer Classic. This is an organization setting in Settings > Map that an admin can set. Individual members can still override that setting and choose Classic over Map Viewer. And can launch either from the app launcher: Each map that is authored "remembers" whether it has been authored in Map Viewer Classic vs. Map Viewer. You can flip and save between the two, but obviously this isn't entirely transparent since Map Viewer supports many things that Classic does not. You will be warned if you attempt to open a Map Viewer map in Map Viewer Classic: Best recommendation: fully embrace Map Viewer over Map Viewer Classic and enforce that in your organization and socialize that otherwise.

I'd recommend moving over to the vector basemaps. Not only are the deprecated ones no longer maintained or updated, they'll be less crisp than the vector ones, can't be rotated, make for larger mobile map packages, and a lots more. Most basemaps are updated regularly, some monthly, so you'll be missing a lot.

A link to one of the photos you are trying to use would be helpful. It also seems (?) that you are using custom HTML to create a table in the pop-up to display the information and photo. HTML was tightened up a bit for security reasons in Map Viewer including reserved words, so that might another place to look. This happened to me with one of my Classic examples.

I once again went through all the basemaps and was not able to reproduce what you've captured. I even switched my locale to see if that made a difference (it doesn't). But I think I finally figured it out. I went to the now-deprecated raster tile basemaps and looked at Terrain with Labels. I was able to see a difference across the border: So what this might indicate is that your organization is still using the deprecated basemaps, and you need to move up to the new vector tile basemaps. The raster ones are no longer updated, and you'll like the vector ones much better for many reasons. To verify what you are using, right click on the basemap and choose properties, then look at the Source: Look for the ID in the source string, and let me know what it is. That way we can confirm that what I think is happening is happening. Your org admin can also confirm which are being used in the organization basemap settings. Organization > Settings > Map > Basemap Gallery More info: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/announcements/reminder-raster-basemaps-moved-to-mature-support/
