S123 Team, Is it possible to add audio to a S123 Connect form from an audio hosting website through embeds or other methods?

We're currently using S123 Connect v3.11 with if(selected( )) calculations. In the S123 Connect viewer these expressions are respected, but when published to ArcGIS Online and viewed in the browser, the S123 Web form does not respect this if(selected( )) expression- XLS Form- Web version- Is there a web limitation with this function? Thank you

@MarcelSt-Germain and @TimAlbert I found it! There's a way to do this! (It's not in the normal places you may look for these settings). Create a new "blank" label class then in your Table of Contents pane > select the "list by labeling" option> go to the labeling class you're looking to copy > right click on it and you'll see a copy option> copy these label class properties> right click on your new label class and paste these settings! It works like a charm! When pasting you'll also see a variety of options @KoryKramer any way to put this functionality in a more intuitive place? 🙂 Thanks, Amanda

Please add a Table of Contents filter for layers' scale visibility. Ideally as a user zooms in and out of the web map layers set at that visibility scale would show up in the TOC. This would improve the multiscale map building workflow. Currently there is a "Visible" option (which I initially thought did this by the name and I was excited) but this only displays TOC items checked/vs unchecked. Hi ArcGIS Pro Team, We're currently using Pro 2.7 for multiscale mapping, and we're looking for a way to alter symbology (color or texture) for a Single Symbol symbology type. This functionality is available for Unique Symbols (see image below), but is not available for Single Symbol types. This is a much needed functionality for controlling the appearance of a layer at different scale levels (such as color, transparency, thickness, etc.). Please note: we do not want to add the layer multiple times to the map to symbolize as this taxes the end client and isn't best practice for caching. Thanks! -Amanda

Our organization would also like to see this functionality available in Pro. Duplicate label classes would save us a lot of set up time when working with multi-scale mapping. Thank you!

"Add two additional operators to the Category Selector in Operations Dashboard: "contains" and "does not contain. To contribute our voice to this, our organization is desperately looking for this solution as well. We have multiple dashboards that need this functionality for end users and we have no solution for this. @DerekLaw , could you please provide us with an update for when or if this functionality will become available? Is there a way to duplicate a record? Is there was a way to use the &mode=edit parameters to pull the information in about an existing record yet create a new one (duplicate it)? Thanks!

@JamesTedrick, We are still looking for this functionality to be supported. This has been an issue since v3.2.196 and still persists at the current Survey123 Connect v 3.11.123. The aforementioned Portal workaround is no longer desired.

In the most recent announcement of AGOL's update, administrators now have control to block apps from members in their org. (https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/announcements/whats-new-arcgis-online-december-2020/ ) The problem is "also prevents members from opening the app from a URL." We need users to have the privilege to view these apps and sign in but restrict the ability for them to create their own from this setting. Please add more controls on this tool for administrators. Thanks.

@JohnathanHasthorpe I like this idea, but our main survey uses repeats. How would we point a second survey at a service with repeats (related record)? Thanks!
