ZhifangWang Our organization is also experiencing this issue with one of our S123 data pages in V3.12 (published from Connect).  Amanda__Huber_1-1617109980943.png   After coming across this post we tried clearing our Chrome cache and even tested in incognito with no luck. Upon further digging, I investigated the backend JSON and found that this error was being flagged by some "invalid HTML content". Seems strange right?   Amanda__Huber_0-1617109971775.png   Well upon looking at the two records giving us this error it appears the > and < symbols in a String field were the entire reason why this whole thing wasn't working.    Amanda__Huber_2-1617110101069.png Amanda__Huber_3-1617110122151.png   Simply > and < characters broke the whole thing. As far as I've been able to tell these are not 'illegal characters' in the ArcGIS Online data world and should not be throwing this error.  When troubleshooting in the issue further, I tested editing the data through the item details page in AGOL (vs S123) and discovered this error message: Amanda__Huber_4-1617110745940.png   Therefore I'm not sure if this is an AGOL issue or S123 issue (since pit was published and created through S123 connect) but I would like to get to the bottom of this.      ZhifangWang is this a bug?  Here's the string of text for testing: Kayak size? Hi Phil,  Thanks for your reply. I'm curious about Web URL audio links embedded though HTML (not files). We're currently using S123 Connect v3.11 with if(selected( ))  calculations. @MarcelSt-Germain  and @TimAlbert I found it! There's a way to do this! (It's not in the normal places you may look for these settings). Create a new "blank" label class then in your Table of Contents pane > select the "list by labeling" option>  go to the labeling class you're looking to copy > right click on it and you'll see a copy option> copy these label class properties> right click on your new label class and paste these settings! It works like a charm!
