ArcGIS Pro Table of Contents Filter- Visibility Range Filter

Please add a Table of Contents filter for layers' scale visibility. Ideally as a user zooms in and out of the web map layers set at that visibility scale would show up in the TOC. This would improve the multiscale map building workflow.
Currently there is a "Visible" option (which I initially thought did this by the name and I was excited) but this only displays TOC items checked/vs unchecked.

There will be a new filter in the Contents pane coming in ArcGIS Pro 2.9 called 'Visibility range set'
It will filter the Contents to only show layers that have a visibility range applied.
