@DerekLaw Thanks so much for the update back in February. Just thought I'd see if there was any plan to implement this functionality? We're currently using the S123 data tab filters as the workaround, but we would love to leverage dashboards instead! Thank you, and hope you're doing well!

Hey ArcGIS StoryMaps Team, We would like the ability to publish user made themes as administrators. Currently the workflow is a bit cumbersome. Go to item details page > transfer theme to personal account > open theme in story maps > publish> transfer back. Could there be a way to add a "My Organization" tab at the top of themes (similar to the Stories UI) that would allow admins (or publishers) to publish these themes for users (also allow admins to see all the themes out there)? @ThomasEdghill it appears this issue has been resolved (hooray!) I just tested one of our services and it appears that unchecking the "Show when last edited" respects enterprise layers. Amanda__Huber_0-1630442049394.png Thanks so much! -Amanda

@RyanBohan thanks for the suggestion that's a great workaround, but I think this user is specifically looking for less clicks in the UX (more streamlined). We're also leveraging the button method for our apps, which works great in some specific cases (like when paired with a list) but in others where you just need a map and a window it's not ideal. Best, AH

@Jianxia This is a great idea! Our team also would like this functionality. Any news if this will be in a future release?

Update- Tested creating a brand new QuickCapture project from scratch and it appears to work. Therefore the old seems to be corrupted from the update. To rebuild this app from scratch will be a pain, is there any way to confirm this behavior/resolve from your end? Thanks, Amanda

Hello QuickCapture Team, We have a project that's about to go live and it appears that the latest update to ArcGIS QuickCapture may have broken a functionality we're depending on. We're leveraging url parameters to open the mobile app, when opening the app the parameters are not bein passed and instead another "capture field" is writing to both it's designated field and the user input field. We saw the syntax for user input parameters has changed (since the latest update for the addition of multiple user inputs) (see below). We updated the syntax of our url and the behavior above is still persisting. Thanks so much, Amanda

Hello QuickCapture Team, Please consider auto applying any project updates (updates from the designer) instead of requiring user intervention/updating. As project administrators we make updates through the designer that need to be sent to users right away. Most users are field staff (less technical audience), and may not know to update/ forget to update the project, etc. A few of our projects use URL parameters to open QuickCapture from another screen, therefore bypass the main project screen on the app, and the notification for update hasn't been consistent (sometimes doesn't even show), this causes major issues with field staff. Thanks so much, Amanda Huber

Hi ArcGIS StoryMaps Team, We recently noticed an issue with the new Timeline Condensed block type. When a word has more than 10 characters the word becomes truncated and gets word wrapped weirdly. This can cause issues with the legibility of a word (and is generally confusing). Amanda__Huber_1-1629303905218.png There appears to be enough space on both sides for the whole content block to adjust for proper word wrapping: Amanda__Huber_2-1629304060918.png We're looking forward to using this new timeline block feature and hope to see a fix in an upcoming update! Thanks, Amanda Huber

Thank you all for the speedy replies! @jcarlson @RichardDaniels is there a way to set this up in the deployment though? (global setting) Otherwise we'll have to modify every single person's PC and upgrades will probably affect this setting.

Hello ArcGIS Pro Team, Our organization is looking to set our default ArcGIS Pro basemap to be different than our default ArcGIS Online basemap. Our current basemap in in WGS 1984 which is great for the web, but not so great when it comes to measuring or analyzing our UTM15N data. Since ArcGIS Pro's map frames take the projection/coordinate system of the first layer added to the map (basemap) the rest of the data added later is re-projected on the fly. Since this basemap is a default, our users (wide variety of departments) don't always think of this, and it can lead to incorrect measurements/ accuracy issues. We currently have a basemap in UTM 15N, but don't want to make this the ArcGIS Online default. We're looking to set the ArcGIS Pro default to be independent of the ArcGIS Online default. Please consider this, we would be happy to talk about this more over a call as well. Thank you, Amanda Huber Three Rivers Park District

Hello Pro Team, One of our current ArcGIS Online basemaps use blending, when opening in ArcGIS Pro the result is not a blended map but instead each layer rendering independently. Could the team please look into resolving this issue? Amanda__Huber_0-1629209827063.png Thank you, Amanda Huber
