Hi Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS team I have a dashboard with 38 different widgets in it. Each of these widgets references the same feature service hosted in ArcGIS Online. This feature service is a table with less than 100 entries. Because it's a table I simply reference the layer directly and don't have a map as part of this dashboard. I have a left panel, with a category selector in it. This selector filters all 38 widgets identically. However, it takes a long time after selecting a value for the filter to work its way through all 38 widgets. I've experimented with including a map and setting a refresh interval and pointing a couple of the 38 widgets at that map instead. However, there's no noticeable improvement. Do I have any other options? I'm receiving complaints that the dashboard is essentially unusable as filtering between categories takes so long. Thanks Derek Law Patrick Brennan David Nyenhuis Tif Pun Jeff Shaner

Hi Aaron Pulver (and Derek Law) I'm creating a new dashboard but facing the same old issue as described here that I never resolved; If attempting to creating a Defined Value category selector how do I get to field map my query to the relevant field in (this new case) a list of features?

Hi Derek Law I'm not sure - here's what I envision: Graph of asset inspections collected; total number of inspections on the Y, date/time of submission on the X Bar chart (Split By Field {Date}) showing the daily totals Line chart (Split By Field {DateTime}) of individual asset inspections by time submitted As the screenshots below show, I can do this on indivudal charts but I'd love to combine then into one. My hope is to see both how many inspections per day as well as the rate of submission so we can see if: We submit more in the AM then the PM or We submit consistently on those days with a high today, etc. Thanks

Hello I've been trying to accomplish something similar myself. I noticed that when downloading surveys through the field app it shows the last edit date, which I assume is derived from the "modified" value of the items JSON. James Tedrick is there a way to automagically embed the "modified" date into the survey items summary? This way it'll show to the user and they can decide if they need to manually re-download or not.

I too am running into this issue. Using an InputMask of ">XXXXXXXXXXX" doens't allow for spaces, therefore "Bob Smith" becomes "BOBSMITH"...:(

Hi Philip Wilson Thanks for this info. I'm trying to create a form with a select_one that is set to bind::esri:fieldType = null. Unsurprisingly, after reading the info above, it's actually creating the field in my feature service. Is there any way around this? I don't want that select_one to result in a field. Thanks

All of those great stats I can automate using the Survey123 Reporting API into word I want to be able to 'present' to a customer. Storymaps and dashboards don't work, as I can't guarantee I'll have sufficient connectivity, nor do they allow me to print something out and send it to the customer as a deliverable. The word report is awesome for being a deliverable, it's just not great to present a word document.

Hi Ismael Chivite If I follow what you say above then the above constraint should work when {MATERIALS_USED} = YES and QUANTITY1 has no value. However, using a spinner on an integer results in an initial value of 'null' meaning the constraint never fires. I've highlighted this in a similar thread here.

Hi, I'm beginning to investigate the use of the Reporting out of Survey123. As it uses standard MS exporting functionality is this something that can be leveraged with MS Powerpoint?

I have a feature service with approx 900k records shown in SQL, 500k shown in Attribute table within Pro, 100k shown if I query the feature service directly (but that's a function of the limit set on the Service). How do i get arcgis pro 2.2.3 to show all 900k records?

Hi, I have an indicator who's value is controlled by a date selector. This date selector does not change the reference. This allows me to show that X of N records were collected over the past day, or Y of N over the past 5 days - but N always remains the same. I also have a category selector, which also filters the same indicator. Now I can say that 'Bob' collected Z of N records. However, what I really want to do is: when category selector is blank, indicators reference = N when category selector is not blank, indicators reference = X or Y Example: 10 records of a total of 25 were collected in the past day by all staff 5 records of a total of 10 were collected in the past day by Bob Derek Law
