Survey123 to support HTML formatting in values

Hello Survey123 for ArcGIS‌ team.

I often leverage HTML formatting when creating surveys to help draw users attention to values. However, the HTML is carried through from the labels and not the names from my 'select_one' list. 

list_name	name	label
yes_no	YES	<font color='green'><b>YES</b><font>
yes_no	NO	<font color='red'><b>NO</b><font>

Results are recorded into the feature service as:

Therefore I'd like to request that Survey123 support HTML content in the Feature Service.
