I've not heard of issues with creating and reopening the Reviewer Batch jobs in version 10.2.2. Basic steps for creating a batch job: Add the data you want to validate in ArcMap. Open Reviewer Batch Job Manager Create a New Group Add a check Configure the check Save the batch job In Batch Validate, open the batch job Click on Validate All Run the batch job. What's the exact error message you are receiving when you try to open the batch job? Which dialog are you opening it up in? Batch Job Manager or Batch Validate?

What version of DR are you using? You should be able to select related row, just for one record at a time though. It would be a nice enhancement to select related row for more than one record at a time. I've needed this many times on my current project I'm working on. Jay Cary

I never thought about using within before. I usually use not touching. This will find where they don't break a main and where they are not connected too. Thanks for sharing Jonah! Cheers, michellej. Data Quality Management

Hello Tobias, There is a tool in Data Reviewer called Version Differences. This will allow you to compare features between versions, parent/child & siblings. You have the option to identify all features that are different or only where there is a conflict. I think this may be the tool you are looking for. It will report on feature classes and tables. However, I don't know if it works on attributed relationships classes. Check it out. Cheers, michellej. Data Quality Management Data Reviewer

I suppose maybe DR could call it a <null> instead of 0. Anyway, if you run this check in DR, be sure to turn off duplicate filtering so it will write all of the errors to the Reviewer Table.

Hi Ron, I was able to reproduce what you are describing. My assumption is that it's reporting the "gap" and the "gap" does not have a feature associated with it, so there is no OID. Maybe it should be reporting the surrounding features that's causing the gap; this maybe a limitation for Data Reviewer for this particular topology rule. Also note that it ends up filtering all but one of the errors because the Review Status is the same for all errors because all errors will have OID of 0. But you can turn off duplicate filtering in the Advanced Data Reviewer Session properties. You could try using Data Reviewer's Polygon Overlap/Gap is Sliver Check to find gaps in your polygon data. Only caveat is that the Polygon Overlap/Gap is Sliver check will only find gaps between two polygons only. If there is a gap between 3 or more polygons, then it will not report those issues. (I've made several requests to have that check enhanced.) Good Luck, michellej. Kumar Bhardwaj

I had to do this recently too for the same reason. I just added a new text field to the table and did a bulk calculate. You can do all this from the table dialog in ArcMap. Adding fields—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop Making simple field calculations—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop

There is no automated way to do this. But you should be able to copy/paste the statements into the Execute SQL check.

Good idea. If you plan to have multiple users accessing and updating records in the Reviewer workspace, go with an enterprise Reviewer workspace. Even though you had two users accessing the file geodatabase, there could have been some data loss in the Reviewer Workspace. It is not recommended to have multiple people updating records in a Reviewer workspace that is in a file geodatabase. It's okay if multiple people are viewing the records in a Reviewer workspace that is in a file geodatabase.

Yes, that makes sense to use the Always Run on Full Database option on Object Class 2 when running on changed features only. So now it's working for you, right? I'm glad you shared your findings.
