Let me look into this a little further.  Though you should be able to point to any geodatabase whether it's a Reviewer workspace or not.  What type of geodatabase are you trying to store your grid in...Personal, File, or SDE?  Also, what license level do you have? ... View more

It sounds like you are pointing to a feature dataset that is not in WGS 84 to store your grid.  Try saving it at the geodatabase level rather than the feature dataset level.  Even though the grid is created in WGS 84, it will still show up properly in your map, which is NAD 83. ... View more

Within the XY Tolerance that is defined in your geodatabase. If you want to look for duplicate points that are a little farther than the xy tolerance, then you can use the Geometry on Geometry check using the Intersects spatial relationship and entering a user defined tolerance that is greater than the XY tolerance. ... At this time, the column widths and row heights are not preserved when the table is closed and re-opened again. We currently have an enhancement submitted to save the table formatting, which includes the column ordering, with the Reviewer session.
