I think one critical aspect here is to have two separate surveys working against a single layer, as opposed to two separate layers linked through the globalID. The first survey is used to report things to fix. Data is stored in the master layer. The second survey, uses the Inbox to retrieve from the master layer any record where status='action required'. Records from the Inbox can be opened from a list or map, even when offline. When records are submitted from this second survey, the status field will be changed to 'done', for example. A web map can be used to show progress, symbolizing/hiding records based on the status field as @BryndaHatch suggested. As @GarrettRSmith anticipated, this is a common workflow and it is not too difficult to implement. If it sounds intimidating to you I will be happy to show over a screen sharing session. Hi. This error appears when the Survey123 app cannot access your survey. There is not a lot of wiggle room on this one. As the dialog shows: Your form item no longer exists (has been deleted) or, The logged-in user no longer has access to the survey (this looks unlikely because you seem to be an admin) It may be easier to resolve having more eyes on it. Can you open a Tech Support incident to go over this with someone via a screen sharing session?

Hi. The behavior you describe is expected. It is not possible to auto-populate records in a repeat using an app link. I see a couple of potential alternatives: Use the Survey123 inbox to edit your layer data. You can present your records as a list and as a map and launch the survey that way. Create a survey that targets only your repeat layer and then launch it from Field Maps

You will need to create two surveys: One for logged-in users: provider=${username} and status <> 'Finished' One for non-logged-in users: status <> 'Finished' Using the submission_url setting you can have both surveys work on top of the same layer

Hi, I checked your survey at https://arcg.is/01Cm5z It seems like you could add a new question for the end user to indicate the currency. This is something you can do from the Survey123 web designer. Worst case scenario, you could also save your survey as a new survey so you can make more profound changes before publishing.

An alternative design for this requirement would be to allow text piping in the Thank You screen. Text piping allows you insert data from the form into the Thank You screen dialog. At this moment this is implemented already, but you cannot access the globalId. This is something we are considering.
