Open Survey123 Connect Create a New Survey from your existing Feature Layer. You can remove unnecessary questions from your form, reorder questions, relabel them, etc. Do not change the question types or values in the name column. Before publishing from Connect, make sure you enable the Inbox and disable the Sent folder. Populating the instance name would be a good idea too. Once published, download into the Survey123 mobile app. Refresh the Inbox to download records into your device. Data submitted from the Inbox will edit existing records. If you want to limit the number of records downloaded into the mobile app Inbox, you can use a filter in your Inbox (from Connect). The date when you open a survey cannot be after you close it. Instead of setting up the opening date first, set the closing date first. That will do the trick. @ShariForbes

@DeclanDevine You need to put pulldata("@property","language") into the calculation column. I just tested this with 3.16 and it works as expected. Make sure your survey has multiple languages defined.

I guess you can do this with website shortcuts . For example, here is how you build a shortcut for Apple devices: Go into the Survey123 website (in your laptop) and open the Collaborate tab. Copy the Survey123 field app URL to your survey. For example: https://survey123.arcgis.app?itemID=<yourSurveyIDGoesHere> From your Apple phone or tablet, open a web browser. Navigate to the URL. Still from the browser, choose the share button. Scroll down until you see the Add to Home Screen option. Click on it and configure your Home shortcut with whatever thumbnail and name you want End users would still need to log into the Survey123 app, unless you share your surveys publicly.

Try building the HTML tag in a calculate and then referencing the calculated value in the label. Attaching example.

Hi. Check the Images and Annotation sample in Connect. At the bottom of page 1, it shows how you can dynamically set the background image for the annotate question. If you want people to ALWAYS annotate using red color, check this blog too: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/custom-palettes-for-image-annotation-in-survey123/ba-p/1146829
