When you export the data to FileGeodatabase or Shapefile, the coordinates of your points are encoded within the SHAPE field. If you want to get the coordinates out, I would recommend you use ArcGIS Pro as follows: Add your Survey123 layer/s into a new Map in ArcGIS Pro Open the Toolbox and activate the Add Geometry Attributes tool Execute the tool passing the Survey123 layer as an input, plus the output coordinate system and checking the option to add the X and Y columns Attaching screenshot for clarity. After executing, you should see the Point_X and Point_Y columns added and their values populated accordingly.

Hi. Survey123 for ArcGIS always persists coordinates as Lat/Lon but once you have your data captured you can export it into a File Geodatabase or Shapefile and then project it to UTM using ArcGIS for Desktop (ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro).

Thanks for your question! In the Survey123 app you can modify surveys you may have completed. For example, say you capture data with one survey and you keep that data in your Draft folder. You can go back at any point in time, open that Draft and modify any of the answers. You could in fact also edit surveys in your outbox as well. So say you are capturing data while disconnected and you submit the data. Since you are disconnected, the surveys will be kept in your outbox folder in the Survey123 app, waiting for you to send them once connectivity is back. While in the outbox, you can also open any survey and modify it. Once a survey has been sent (will be moved to the sent folder in your Survey123 app) you can still open the survey while in your device but the modifications you make will be persisted in the feature service as a new record. You can think of this like email: you can edit your email messages while in draft mode and even while in your outbox... but once an email has been sent, you cannot edit it anymore since it is already in someone else's inbox folder. If you were to edit the email from your Sent folder, your modifications would be sent as a new e-mail, rather than overwriting your old e-mail. What we mean we say that Survey123 cannot edit data is that you cannot get features that existing in a feature service and change them from the app. This is a known and temporary limitation. The intent is to implement editing capabilities in Survey123 so you can fetch features (surveys) from your feature service and then change them while in the survey123 app.

Hi. This is not possible at the moment with the out of the box Survey123 app. However, since the source code of this app is available with AppStudio for ArcGIS Standard, you could implement this logic in a custom flavor of Survey123.

You can definitively change surveys that have been uploaded. Please try with the latest version of Connect (1.5.x).

Hi. Have a look at this video: Video Link : 3266 It was featured in the last blog post: International Public Service Day Update Adrian Welsh DHEERABHAT LEELAWUTTICHOKE I love GeoForm in cases where I already have a feature service, do not need fancy smart form features and need to share with everyone, but if you want a smart form and get it out quick, the new web experience in Survey123 may do the trick. You will also notice that surveys authored on the web with Survey123 can be accessed from a web-based client as well.

Hi storing and displaying multiple images is a bit tricky. Let me explain: In ArcGIS, photos are stored and managed as geodatabase attachments. When you add an image type of question outside of a repeat, we use attachments in the main layer. When you add a repeat, we basically create a related table and if the repeat includes image questions, we attach those to the related table. This is easy to see in the Schema Preview. For example, below you can see I have a Survey called Polio_Vaccination with a repeat, which I called child_repeat. Note that Child_repeat is modeled as a related table with all the questions in it modeled as fields. If you were to add an image within the repeat, it would be modeled as attachments to the related table. That is all good, but the problem is how you can get back the images once submitted. If the attachment is associated with a layer, then you will get them as part of your popup. If your attachments are associated with a standalone table, then you will not be so lucky. ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro are a bit better, but Web Maps in ArcGIS.com do not support at the moment showing attachments on non spatial layers... As discussed in this thread, you could add a geopoint question to your repeat, and that will make your related table a related layer...which the ArcGIS.com map viewer can handle better, but is not always something you will want to do. For now, your best chance is to either: - Keep working with a repeat understanding that the tool to look at the images is ArcGIS for Desktop - Eliminating your repeat and adding multiple image questions to your survey I hope this helps, ismael
