Hi Brandon. I think you got the ID of the Survey wrong, because the app cannot find the item. Have a look at https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/11/10/getting-started-with-public-surveys and pay particular attention to the Collaborate tab in survey123.arcgis.com The Collaborate tab includes the exact url scheme call you need to invoke to launch your public survey.

Hi Jay. ArcGIS Online Web Maps do not support joining Feature Services from Online and ArcGIS Server. However, you could download your data from ArcGIS Online and then perform the join on the extracted data using ArcGIS Desktop. If you follow this approach, new data added from Survey123 into your ArcGIS Online feature service will not show in your join until you download and join again... but it is the first workaround I can think of for your use case.

Hi Stefan, Survey123 for ArcGIS works with ArcGIS organizational accounts. As Jayanta points out above, you can start with a free 60-day trial, which is exactly the same as the real thing, but just limited in time. It is only the Free ArcGIS Online Public Accounts that Survey123 will block. I would recommend that you follow the step by step instructions in this help topic: Create an ArcGIS organization—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS With these steps you will be able to setup your own ArcGIS organization. As an administrator of the org, you will also be able to invite others to capture data with Survey123, and if you give them permissions even create their own survey projects. Then, you can right away login into https://survey123.arcgis.com and start building simple surveys from your web browser, or if you want to get sophisticated, with Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS. I would also recommend a couple of things to get started: Join (follow) the Survey123 for ArcGIS GeoNet Group, so you can ask questions to the Survey123 community of users. You will also find in that group a blog with lots of information. Watch the Survey123 video-tutorials in this YouTube Playlist Thanks, Ismael

Hi Robin, thanks for your question. As Derek Law points out, Survey123 is limited at the moment to capturing points, although adding support for lines and polygons is planned to be implemented in 2017. I would suggest you vote for Improvement idea for survey123: create lines and polygons Also, in case you had problems trying to add your questions to the Survey123 for ArcGIS Group make sure you follow the Survey123 Group. The Survey123 Group is members-only, meaning that you have to join the group (follow it), if you want your questions to be shown in it. The screenshot below shows the button in the banner that will help you join the Survey123 Group.

Hi, users can discover surveys that have been shared with them through the Download Surveys dialog in the Survey123 field app. The Survey123 field app will not notify users when a new survey has been shared with their account, users need to explicitly go into the Download Surveys dialog and discover new surveys. Typically, if you want to make sure people are aware of a new survey, the best approach is to e-mail them announcing the existence of a new survey. In the email you can also include instructions to download the survey and even a link to automatically have the survey be downloaded into the users device. In case it helps, I also wanted to point to three brief video-tutorials covering sharing in Survey123: Survey123 for ArcGIS: Viewing and Accepting Invitations to Join Groups Survey123 for ArcGIS: Sharing Your Survey with Members in Your Organization Survey123 for ArcGIS: Sharing Your Survey with a Member of a Different Organization Thanks, Ismael

Hi Carl. You cannot see the attached images in the popup because the photos are attached to a related table in your feature service. If you would like to have more than one photo show in your popup, the best option is to add multiple image questions to your survey outside of the repeat.

Thanks Carl. Then it is time to open an Esri Technical Support incident so we can look at your data and survey more closely. The Tech Support analyst will need to have access to your XLSForm as well as to the data in your device (sqllite and attachments folder). Noah Sager There is a chance that the data in your device was captured with a version of the survey that is older than the version of the survey currently in ArcGIS Online.

Hi jkelly_5. Good news. Yes for 1 and 3. In the first half of 2017, Workforce for ArcGIS will allow you to: Define the exact survey that will be launched with a particular assignment type Pass the WorkorderID (and Location) into your survey, to pre-populate questions in your form As far as the ability to add custom fields to your assignments feature layer and passing them into survey123, I would want to understand in more depth your use case. Please send me an email to [email protected] so we can discuss.
