Hi Carl. Survey123 stores captured data in a sqllite database in your own device, plus a folder for the images (photos and signatures). If running on iPad: 1- Connect your iPad to your laptop using a USB cable 2- Launch iTunes and wait iTunes to show the phone icon shown in the next screenshot. Click on the icon. 3- Select the Apps section from the left panel and tap on Survey123 4- Look for the Save as... button on the bottom-right corner of the dialog to save the Survey123 sqllite and attachments folder into your Desktop. For additional steps to sync this data with your own feature service from your desktop, you can continue steps as described in the Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS help topic.

Hi Gary. Unlike ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS only supports lower-case fieldnames. Could you please go back to your xlsform and make all values in the 'name' column of your 'survey' worksheet lower case? Then publish and see how that goes.

Bon jour Jullien (and that is how far my french goes! ). You do not see the link to open your survey on the web because you authored your survey in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS. If you create your survey using your web browser at survey123.arcgis.com, you will see options to open the survey on the web as well as in the field app. However, surveys published from Survey123 Connect can only be open in the field app. We are working towards enabling the use of Connect surveys from the web app shortly. In the meantime, you may want to create simpler surveys from survey123.arcgis.com

Hi. This is to let you know that we were able to reproduce this behavior. This is a software defect and it is now logged for resolution. For clarity, the input mask is not the root of the problem. + signs get replaced with spaces when submit is invoked. There is no workaround at the moment for this issue. We will tentatively release a fix to this in December 19, along with Survey123 version 1.10. Apologies for the belated response. Post bumps are welcomed!

If you would like to launch Survey123 for ArcGIS from a popup on a non-editable feature service, I suggest you try Explorer for ArcGIS or a simple web browser (with a web map). As Kylie indicates, Collector will not open a Web Map unless it includes an editable feature layer (because Collector is designed specifically to edit). Explorer, on the other hand, will open Web Maps with non-editable feature layers from which you can configure popups that open Survey123.

Hi emlee. Quick note to let you know that Survey123 for ArcGIS includes a web client for those who do not want to download the Survey123 field app. We also recently add support for Public Surveys so people can complete surveys from their web browser (or native app) without login in.

That is right. The duplicate feature should have never been created. We will address this shortly!

Thanks Philip for the additional information. As of yesterday it seems like we have this issue under control in our internal builds, so we will do our best to validate it and make it available in our mid-December update to Survey123.

Hi Andres. Some users have reported that surveys are duplicated when the field user closes the survey using the top-left button and then selects 'continue with this survey' to undo the action. This issue will be resolved in our mid-December update. We are not aware of any other circumstances where surveys are duplicated.
