Hi Hugo, From the sounds of it, you're using the ArcGIS Online map viewer to render your layer's symbology? When you've configured arcade expression, you can define the colours through 'Select a drawing style' instead of the expression yourself: --> If you've already tried this, did this not meet your needs? Hi Andrew, It looks like these options are only available if you use the Sum, Mean or Median aggregation options in the chart properties: You could add a new field to your data and assign 1 to each feature. This can be used for Sum and would act in the same way as Count - although this might not be ideal if your data regularly changes. Carmel

Hi Edward, That is odd behaviour! I unable to replicate as it looks like the Maps and Apps Gallery has been moved to mature support and no longer updated as of April 2018: Maps and Apps Gallery | ArcGIS Solutions for Local Government - this might explain why it won't open the new Operations Dashboard. As a work around, can you try adding the Ops Dashboard in as a new item to your Content (Add Item > From the web > Document), sharing it to the group and see if it launches that way? In this scenario, it will be launched as a URL link rather than an Ops Dashboard item. If that doesn't work, would using the Minimal Gallery App work instead: https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=bcc471b7ba6d4819848a674cde1fa381? Carmel

Hi Hilary, That is interesting - I wonder if you open the app using their URL (externalorgname.maps...) can you access it okay? If you can, you could try changing the URL in the story map from hilaryorg.maps... to externalorgname.maps and see if that resolves the issue. Even if it does work, I don't think this is an adequate workaround and a more indepth look is required - it could be worth setting up a screenshare with your local Esri support team to dig deeper and find the cause: https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support Carmel

Hi Hilary, Thanks for checking the anonymous access. Can you ask a person in the organisation to send you the URL of the app that they open from the group? I want to know if when they open an app if the URL starts with one of the following: https://hilarysorg.maps.arcgis.com... https://externalorgname.maps.arcgis.com... https://arcgis.com... Can you also check what the URL starts with for the app used in the storymap - if it starts with https://hilarysorg.maps.arcgis.com..., can you change it to https://arcgis.com... and see if that works for the external user? If the above does not work, can you ask them to click F12 on their keyboard while at the point in the storymap where it breaks, and see if there are any errors in the Network tab: This might help diagnose why the app isn't working in the storymap. Hi Simon, Another workflow is suggested here: convert line to polygon in ArcGIS - Geographic Information Systems Stack Exchange although the Feature Vertices To Points—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop tool requires an Advanced License also. If you don't have an Advanced License, you could use Generate Points Along Lines—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop instead (Make sure to use an appropriate distance that will help keep the line/polygon shape). This tool create points along each line and associated the ID of the line to them. Then run Points To Line—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop and in the Line Field use choose the ID field. # Then you can proceed to the Construct Polygon tool. Carmel

Hi Tuolumne, Choosing 'I need to upload my images' doesn't support videos (message appears when you hover your mouse): As a workaround, have a look at uploading a csv with story map item details in it (you can use your ArcGIS Online images and video URLs), I've attached a sample from the Map Tour. Hi Michael, Yep you're correct, the metadata functionality is not available when set as the basemap of a webmap. Potentially others would have the same requirement as you, so it never hurts to add a request through the https://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas site. Thanks, Carmel

You can use this tool to find out what features have a Null geometry: Check Geometry—Help | ArcGIS Desktop Or you could use Selecting features interactively—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop to select all the spatial features in your map and then in the Attribute Table use the Switching the selected set in a table—Help | ArcGIS Desktop which will switch the selection to all the features that have no geometry.
