Hi Klaudia, Are you using a default basemap gallery or one from your portal (Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online)? Does it happen with all the basemaps or just a selection? Everything appears to align in regards to projection, all use wkid 102100 (WGS_1984_Web_Mercator_Auxiliary_Sphere). Hi Catrina, I think this is controlled under Feature Templates for the layer - to change this, open the layer in a web map > Edit > Manage (button at the bottom of the dialog) > Click on the drop down for each Category number > Properties > > Change the Label > > Repeat the same for the next Category > > When you've finished each category, Save Changes > Save the web map > View the changes in Collector.
