I have lidar data. I created Contour lines and DEMs from the Lidar. Just trying to figure out the best way to get the elevation values to my address points feature. Thanks for the reply!

I have a point feature class and I have some contour line, what I am trying to do is find the most accurate way to join the two so I can populate my point feature with it's correct contour value. The most logical way to me would be to do a spatial join. Just right click my point feature -> Join and Relates -> Spatial Join. I have been using the Intersect Match Option with a 50 ft Search Radius but this is leaving me with some null values. So I am not sure if this is the correct way to do what I am trying to do. What would be the correct way to accomplish this task? Thanks

the data is stored on a server which is hosted locally not a web service. I tried both shapefiles and feature class features and same results for both. Note: This only happens in new ArcMap documents not existing ones I already have layers in. I also have ArcGIS Pro installed and the attribute table work fine there.

Yes this just started happening like a couple weeks ago and no I didn't just install ArcMap 10.7. It has been installed on my computer for almost 2 years now. I don't understand why the attribute table would work fine in an existing .mxd but be grayed out in a new .mxd.

Sorry for not providing more info. I'm running ArcMap 10.7. If I bring a feature into one of my current maps, I can view the attribute table but when I try opening a new .mxd and I bring a layer in, the features are there but the attribute table is greyed out like in the attachment in my other post

Thanks for the reply Jayanta! I figured out what was wrong right after I made my post. I had changed the values for my point feature to a value that wasn't in my list of domains I had set up for the map. Thanks

I have what should be a pretty simple question that I can't seem to figure out. I have a feature service in a map on ArcGIS Online which I use to store points collected in the field. I used it 3 days ago and all the points collected were showing on my map. But now the points/styles are not showing or are hidden. What setting in ArcGIS Online controls how styles are displayed? I should know this but can't seem to find the setting. I included an attachment showing what I mean.

The gaps appear when I zoom in and disappear when I zoom out. Of the 2 suggestions you suggested, the 2nd one sounds more probable. Attached is two screen shots showing the gaps

Hi, I've built my mosaic dataset out of two mosaic datasets each with different resolution imagery. It looks great but I have gaps of No Data (little white strips) where the footprints from of one of the datasets lies. It only appears at certain scales though. How can I eliminate these No Data strips?

Thanks for the response David! I said stitched but what I really did was just create another mosaic dataset out of the individual 4in and 9in mosaic datasets.

Thanks for the reply David! No these panels are .tif files. Some are 4 in files in a checkerboard pattern and others were individual 9 in tiles. I just created raster datasets of the 4in .tif files and the 9in tiles and mosaiced each set individually. Then I created my final mosaic dataset where I stitched the 4 in and 9in datasets together. I was just wondering if I could take the new imagery and just copy those files into the same place where the existing ones are and if the raster and mosaic datasets would just update automatically as long as the file path stayrf the same instead of having to go and rebuild each raster dataset with the new imagery. Hope this explains what I am asking! Thanks

Thanks for replying Robert! I was wondering how to update a mosaic dataset I created with new imagery we just had flown? I will get the new imagery on an external hard drive. That is the question I had

Every 3 years, my work has a new flyover of my parish done and we get the imagery fils as panels on an external hard drive. In 2019, I created raster datasets from these panels and then created a mosaic dataset from the raster datasets. We just had a new flyover finished and will be getting new external hard drives with the updated imagery on them and I would like to updated the raster datasets and the mosaic dataset I created in 2019. How do I go about doing this? Is it just as simple as copying the new folders containing the new panels to the same location as the existing panels and overwriting them so the path my existing datasets will be maintained. Or do I need to build each raster dataset again? Thanks
