I have an Excel Spreadsheet that is being updated daily and would like to map that spreadsheet to a feature class. The spreadsheet has an ID field in it (#09-09, etc.) . . . but can I create an ID field in the Feature Class table to Join with or will the data types prevent me from doing that?

I have some attachments I have attached to different symbology in ArcGIS Online for dislay in Collector. I have noticed sometimes when I go look in ArcGIS Online for the attachment, it shows "No attachment" even though I know the attachment is there. Anybody know why this happens?

Hi Johnathon, As it turns out, I didn't have to create Domains and Subtypes to solve my query. I just had to do exactly what you are describing. Just create an Excel spreadsheet from the information provided to me and then add the Lat and Long to each entry to geocode them and create a feature class. hanks everyone for the replies!

I have some data that was collected on an ipad out in the field which is connected to Survey 123. I want to Export the data to an Excel sheet but the Export tab is greyed out at the top of Survey 123. When I hover over the tab a message pops up saying, 'Export cannot work since Extract Capability is missing in the underlying feature service. Can anybody tell me what is going on? Thanks

Is there a way to take a map already created and ready to use in ArcGISOnline and do like a Save As on it to create a new ArcGIS Online map but maintain all the share settings

I am trying to figure out how to get this reference guide into a feature class. I think I need to create a domain and subtype but am not quite sure. Here is one of the spreadsheets I am trying to enter into a feature class This is only part of the reference guide I am trying to enter. The rest of it can be entered as fields Can someone help me solve this Thanks

I have a feature that references a pdf document and want to create a hyperlink in ArcGIS Online to the pdf document Is there a way I can open the pdf by clicking on a feature in the Collector app? Is there a way to publish a batch of pdf documents as a service and then create a hyperlink to the pdfs on that service?

I have contour lines for elevations ranging from 0 ft to 100 ft. Each contour line has many lines for each foot in the contour feature. I want to try to convert these lines to a polygon that way I could categorize each foot as a polygon instead of as a line in my map. I figured this can be accomplished by running the Features to Polygon processing tool which does convert the lines to polygons but doesn't keep the Elevation field in the resulting attribute table. How can I accomplish this but keep my Elevation field in my resulting table

When using a select one statement in Survey 123 and setting appearance to minimal it gives you a dropdown list with radio buttons next to it. Is there a faster way to search through a dropdown list like typing the first letter and having it automatically go to the first word with those letters
