Our organization is attempting to use CCTV Manager to display the results of our sewer main inspections we receive from our contractor.  I installed the Utility Solutions toolbox (version 2.2.4) into ArcGIS Pro (version 2.5) as well as downloaded the sample data to play around with and learn how to use the CCTV tools.  We quickly found out we couldn't use the Import Access Tables GP tool because we are still running 32-bit Microsoft Office 365, so digging into the Frequently Asked Questions of the CCTV Manager help I found the workaround: So then I went into ArcMap (version 10.7.1) and ran the Create File GDB GP tool to create a new file geodatabase and then ran the Table to Table GP tool to transfer all the tables from the Sample_v6.mdb to this new FGDB.  I then returned to ArcGIS Pro and tried to run the Generate CCTV Pipe Features GP tool, but received the following errors: So then I opened up the attribute tables of both the INSPECTIONS and CONDITIONS table and this is what I found: It seems like the Table to Table tool turned the InspectionID field in the INSPECTIONS table and the ConditionsID field in the CONDITIONS table into an Object ID field, which I cannot use for the Generate CCTV Pipe Features tool.  I did some research and found that others had used the Table to Geodatabase GP tool to transfer the tables from the .mdb to .gdb, so I tried that too and got the same result.  Not finding any solutions, I decided to try and change the Aliases of the Object ID fields to 'Object ID' and recreate the InspectionID field in the INSPECTIONS table and the ConditionsID field in the CONDITIONS table and then field calculate the values from the Object ID fields.  I then ran the Generate CCTV Pipe Features GP tool and it seems to run and give the desired output as expected.  Finally I tried the same procedure with the other sample data given and for the Sample_v7.mdb it worked without issues, but with the ITpipes_v1.5.43.mdb I had the same issues with the exact same fields. So I was just wondering if I am doing anything wrong or if there is a better way to transfer these tables from .mdb to .gdb where it will just add the Object IDs without messing with the original data? ... I have an ArcGIS Online hosted feature service where I keep track of the last time we milled and re-paved a street (I call the field Reconstructed).  The field is a short interger field and when I did my edits in ArcGIS Pro it all seemed to show up as expected, and as I have done for the last couple of years. But when I went to my web map where I have this layer contained and the new data I entered all have the thousand separator column everywhere. So the first thing I think of is to check the popup configuration to make sure the thousand separator box is unchecked and I found that it is indeed unchecked, just as I had previously set it up. I've tried bringing this layer into a new web map and playing with the configurations and saving the new web map, to no avail.  I've also played with with the visualization settings on the layer itself to configure the popups, and that doesn't work either.  I'm at a loss as to why I cannot seem to get rid of these separator commas and would appreciate any other ideas I could try. ... We have a project in Workforce that we are using for our Bulk Refuse Collection.  When I set it up originally I had included a parcel layer that came from our ArcGIS Server that would label the street address inside the parcel when zoomed in really close in the Workforce app on the iPad.  This was the only layer that came from our server and would cause our worker to be prompted a second time for credentials when he initially opened the project because it sees that layer as secure.  So, trying to make life easier for our field crew, I decided to replace it with a similar layer that would be an ArcGIS Online hosted feature service.  So I replaced it in both the Dispatcher & Worker maps on the Workforce website project settings page and configured the labels on the layer in the web map setups and it seemed to work as expected there and saved each web map.  When I open the project and it uses the Dispatcher map, the labels show up as expected there too.  But, when I open the Worker map in the application and zoom in, the labels do not appear.  In looking in the help for Workforce I see it mentioned that you can save the labels in the web map and on the layers as well.  So I went ahead and saved it on both and the labels are still not showing up in the application. Any help on things I could try would be appreciated, I couldn't find much in any of the searches that I've tried.  Worst comes to worse I can go back to my layer that comes from our Server. ... We just recently started using Workforce for our Bulk Refuse Collection and our field crew has run into issues at times where when they hit the Start button at the bottom of their assignment in the app the message "Unable to Start Assignment" appears on that button.  We have only used Workforce previously a few of times when we had been flushing our water mains the last couple of years and have never encountered this issue. I've tried searching the FAQ and Help for Workforce, and here on GeoNet as well, and I can't seem to find out any information on what could be causing this issue or how to troubleshoot.  Any ideas?? ... I was getting the following error today when trying to send updates in the field today in Collector Classic on the iPad: It's trying to write to a feature service that we have hosted on our ArcGIS for Server (10.4) and the iPad is 4G enabled.  In one location I was getting about a 50% success rate in sending an update, and when it failed and I would get this error message.  I moved to another location about 300 feet away and was just getting the update failed and error message every time. I did some searching on the internet and here on GeoNet and haven't seen anything specifically reference this error.  I'm at a loss as to what to try and troubleshoot to fix this.  Has anyone seen this error or knows what is is referencing??? ... We have a survey (developed in Survey123 Connect) that writes data directly to a related table in our SDE enterprise database.  The application has  been working  for approximately a year.  Today,  one of our field crew stopped by our office as he was receiving this error when trying to submit a survey on his tablet: Several of us tested the survey with our different accounts and devices, and received the same error.  A couple of weeks ago I made a change to this survey (added an additional choice to a question) and republished this survey.  Today was the first time our field worker had tried to use it.  Assuming this might be the cause of the issue I changed the survey back to the way it was (removed the new choice) and attempted to republish and then received this error: I became curious and was wondering if I could replicate the creation of this survey from an existing feature service.  The attempt immediately returned  this error: My co-workers and I tried some other troubleshooting ideas and found  we can submit surveys that write to a service if it's hosted on ArcGIS Online, and we can create surveys from feature services that are hosted on ArcGIS Online.  I downloaded the Survey123ConnectClassic and Survey123Classic apps to see if the newer versions might be our issue. Using the same workflow,  I received  the same errors every step of the way.  We also looked at editing feature attributes directly in a web map on ArcGIS Online as well as in Collector and had no errors there.  We also were able to publish new services to our server from ArcMap with no errors as well.  It appears if we try to do anything with Survey123 where the application is accessing our SDE enterprise database on our Server site, we receive this 401 Unauthorized error.  We checked  the existing permissions on the table and related feature dataset and classes and all were set up as before when the application was working.    My colleagues and I spent most of our day searching for causes and troubleshooting the issue. We had no success in finding a remedy for this error.  We are hoping the GeoNet community can provide help. Our enterprise SDE database, ArcGIS for Server and our webadaptor are all at version 10.4  We are using ArcMap 10.6 and Pro 2.3.1.  All our office personnel run Windows 10 and our field crews are using Windows 10 ruggedized tablets and our server setup uses ADFS. ...
