Hello @TheoF, Esri has an Accessibility site that details each products conformance report as well as provides means to contact our accessibility team with any questions or concerns. Here is the conformance report for the Survey123 web app. I'm not sure what each exact error is, but based on some in the screen capture, they may be under the control for the form author. Things like contrast can be modified by updating the surveys theme. For things that have missing labels if they are not in use they can be hidden by using URL parameters.

Hello @WetherbeeDorshow @JuliaKendall @RobBlash, @ChristopherCounsell is correct BUG-000165581 is logged for this behavior. The Survey123 team is aware of the issue and have identified the cause that resulted in the behavior. We don't have an explicit timeline at this point but is actively being worked on. When we have a more solidified timeline for the fix we'll keep the Esri Community thread updated.

Hello @PatrickMcKinney99, This is a BUG in Survey123 and is logged as BUG-000160270, you'll see if you go to the Settings page of the hosted feature service there are a lot of options missing from there compared to a hosted feature service created through another client app. Essentially the web designer is not adding a property to the hosted feature service that it should which is causing this issue.

Hello @PavlovaVitale, Are you looking to populate a text question with the pollutants or a multiple choice question? If you're looking to populate a text question you'll need to squash your data so that there's only 1 watershed in the CSV and then the pollutants can be a comma separated string like "Copper, Lead, Zinc". If you're looking to populate a multiple choice question you can keep your CSV the way it currently is and use the search() appearance.

Hello @mattkramer, Unfortunately this is not possible, as JavaScript functions cannot access local files. If the survey is intended to be used online you can migrate the common functions into a cloud service provider like Azure Functions which would generate an API endpoint that you can call locally from the JS function that ships with your survey.

Hello @GeorgeF, It is possible with a bit of configuration, essentially Survey123 can only use the /query endpoint of an ArcGIS feature service with the search() appearance to dynamically populate a choice list. That being said Esri does have a JavaScript toolkit that may be used to integrate your API into endpoints familiar to Survey123. This toolkit is called Koop and has been demonstrated in our Developer Summit conference a couple of years ago.

Hello @LS1, What are the settings on the feature service itself? If it matches the following allowing others to query will be disabled on the feature service causing the map viewer classic issue observed: To resolve the issue you can set What features can editors see to either "Editors can see all features" or "Editors can only see their own features". You don't need to enable update or delete for "What kind of editing is allowed". Are you seeing the issue in Map Viewer or Map Viewer classic?
