Hello @DuncanC,  If you delete the survey on the device and redownload it is the updated JavaScript function present?  When you update the survey on the device the updated JavaScript junction should be present, you can check by accessing the file directly:  Windows—C:\Users\<username>\ArcGIS\My Surveys\<surveyItemId>\esriinfo\scripts iOS—Survey123/Documents/ArcGIS/My Surveys/Logs/<surveyItemId>/esriinfo/scripts Android—Android/data/com.esri.survey123/files/ArcGIS/My Survey/Logs/<surveyItemId>/esriinfo/scripts   If you check in that directory on your device is the JS file the updated file?  In Connect on the Options tab you can also Require update to the latest version of the survey to ensure the survey get's updated on the device.    ... Hey @HanliePetoors,  No worries I'm glad it's working now! Unfortunately with the BUG it will also impact folks using the Survey123 mobile app too so the same workflow used to add the organization in Survey123 Connect will need to be used in the Survey123 field app too.  The Survey123 website and web app should work without any additional configuration.  ... Hello @HanliePetoors,  This is a BUG with Survey123 and is logged as BUG-000128330. The workaround is to go to Connect settings and under the Connections tab select Add connection. From there paste your ArcGIS Online organization URL (for example, https://survey123.maps.arcgis.com) and enable the toggle to Use external browser for sign in.  When you add the connection and then try to sign in Survey123 will launch your system default browser for you to authenticate there and then redirect you back to Connect after successful authentication.  ...
