I have an individual whom I want to give export access to within the Survey123 website. However, that feature is currently disabled. Here are the access permissions I have enabled:
1. Both in the same organization
2. Both are part of the same group (we're the only 2 members in the group)
3. Feature layer is shared with the organization and with the group
4. In Survey123 Website - Collaborate - Share Results settings:
When the organization member goes to Surveys I can view results for, he sees the survey. When opening the survey and clicking the Data button, the export feature is disabled.
I thought I had configured everything right, what am I missing?

What is the user type of the individual who is seeing the export button greyed out? The user account must be able to create content (Creator user type and above) in order to export data.
You may need to go to your feature layers the form is using in AGOL and check them directly to make sure export data is set. In my experience, best practices for doing anything outside of creating the link to share the survey and forcing the most current version, is to go to AGOL and adjust settings there.
We noticed this issue as well, our user types have not changed but now we're noticing the Export option grayed out even though the settings are enabled on the survey/and the feature layer.
