I'd start with option 2. Power Automate is going to handle html encoding for you. Check your result. Does the URI Input look correct; Is the equal sign displayed or do you still have the encoded value (%3D)? Check URI of HTTP REST: You could also try removing the where parameter from the URI and placing it in the Query body. Here is an example of a HTTP Rest call in an Apply to each loop

Were you able to find a solution? I am experiencing the same problem. This appears to be correlated with a modification of the Definition properties. I updated the Types property from the admin interface and this issue started.

The url should look something like below. You might want to replicate the call to /changeFiles in Postman or in the broswer at the REST endpoint. If you can't get the file information to come back you might need to log a support request with ESRI. https://arcgisazureprod1.blob.core.windows.net/replicafiles/0cf6418sss4b4461b166b47d8b0b07c4.json?se=2021-07-30T19%3A57%3A58Z&sr=b&sp=r&sig=iTpgmTC4JwVzX%2F%2FG3s2343yGfWviUB7QrLjGR%2FfNnKZL23%3D I grab the url from the header of the reply. You can turn around and make a GET request to the full url. The content returned will need to be decoded as it it sent in in base64: Cheers!

Can you share the azure URL you use to get the edits? I'm assuming you make a GET request to retrieve the JSON at the azure URL.

As I mentioned before, it would be best to create a new question. There are some resources on this forum to answer this question. Here is a question I posted awhile ago. It is the same as yours! Solved: HTTP Redirect when calling changeFiles JSON with P... - Esri Community The redirect is expected. Set up a condition that is trigged on the failure of your POST to changeFiles. The POST is expected to fail because Power Automate classifies the 302 code as a failed state. Weird, but that is the way it is.

I recommend reviewing some documentation on Parse JSON. If it doesn't make sense or you get stuck create a new Question on this forum. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-365-pnp-blog/how-to-use-parse-json-action-in-power-automate/ba-p/2121861

Maybe your statusUrl is invalid. I had some issues when my query values were not setup properly on my POST to /extractChanges. Try sending returnInserts, ReturnUpdates, and returnDeletes if these are valid operations on your Feature Service. You might also want to leave your layers value empty if you are only processing edits from a single layer. Worked for me. Example Query: {
"token": "5Dtmq06...",
"f": "json",
"layers": "",
"returnInserts": "false",
"returnUpdates": "false",
"returnDeletes": "true",
"serverGens": "[1949280,1949301]",
"dataFormat": "json",
"returnAttachmentsDataByUrl": "true"
}

Congratulations! You've at least overcome the issue resulting from the GET to FeatureServer. I'd keep sending it as POST. Does the result of the post to the FeatureServer/jobs/<guid> endpoint throw that error, or does it happen at an earlier step? This should be occurring at the extractChanges endpoint, which should happen after you get the changes URL. One troubleshooting step is to walk through the calls to AGS manually. Have you tried manually entering info from the services endpoint?

Try using POST to the FeatureServer/jobs/<guid> endpoint. Your token and format key/values should be sent as queries.

I was experiencing the same problem: query would return geometry but not attributes. I used the wrong parameter name for Out Fields. Sounds like others have had similar issues with string formatting and parameter names. Be sure to doublecheck that your parameter names are correct! @AndrewBernish__MDOT_ @PatrickPanza I watched the ESRI UC session: ArcGIS Online: The Road Ahead yesterday. The roadmap showed the Editor Widget on the 'Long Term' category. Not sure if that means a year, or two, or three?! Would be nice to see it in the near term category. It is a very important widget!
