Haha, I totally understand the trepidation. I'd be interested to hear how it goes!

We've had users leave our organization before and I've had all of their content (hundreds of items) transferred over to my account. I've simply used the "change ownership" workflow and haven't experienced any issues. As long as sharing stays the same (make sure your new username as access to all the same groups your old username did) then I don't foresee any issues!

If I'm understanding correctly, it seems like these can be easily sorted/filtered through the attribute table of the survey feature layer and/or an excel output of the survey results. The way you have the questions worded in bold can be the label of your question (omitting the parts in parentheses, per the request), and the name of your question can just be "SLI", "ASD_EBD", "ADHD", etc. So for example, the column in the attribute table for the SLI question will be populated with either Yes or No values. You can then sort ascending or descending on that column to group all survey answers that answered "Yes" to that question. Is that what you're going for?

You say "I need them both to be true, not an and/or", but isn't that what an and statement is? Also, what type of question is ${name}? I don't see how the same question can equal two different values at the same time. If it was just a typo in your post, and you intended it to refer to two different questions, you would just use the and syntax: ${name1} = 'Value1' and ${name2} = {Value2} I know you tagged other people in your post and maybe they have a better answer, but hope this helps or can provide additional clarification in the meantime.

Good point! Agreed, @CarlMorrison , sometimes I use the names interchangeably in my head, but yes, definitely time to be switching to Field Maps instead of Collector!

Is there a reason you have the users entering the DBH measurements in a single field as a string, rather than using a repeat? In your case, you'd need to use a custom javascript function and separate the numbers using a text delimiter, then access each of those values within the resulting list and perform the calculation that way.

Hi! So, the way I always go about it is share the layer to your AGOL organization (with sync and editing enabled, as you mentioned) and then create a web map with that layer in it within the AGOL web interface. On the web maps Item Details page, you can confirm that it's correctly set up for offline use. Hope that helps!

Ok, I got this version of the template to be accepted. I highlighted areas that I changed. The color coding was just to help me easily tell the difference between the materials and the equipment sections in the template because they took up so many pages. Let me know if you have questions or want to discuss more, but hope this helps.

Are you still needing help with this? I took a look and noticed a few things that I had questions on before addressing things in the report template. 1. row 10 and 23 of the XLS form appear to have the same field name. 2. After looking at the user interface of the survey, I'm not exactly clear why you decided to have repeats for the equipment and materials sections. It seems to me that they can just be select_multiple questions, and then have additional questions display based on what the user selected, so they can enter quanity, cost, etc. for that particular item they selected.

Hi @IsmaelChivite ! Thank you for your response! For #1, yes I think that would work well as a solution. Either that, or using the "appearance" column, whichever makes more sense. For #2....I posted this idea quite a while ago and I have learned so much since then, including being able to better format data outputs in a custom report template. But thank you so much for clarifying about the "A". It might be helpful to include that particular syntax in the quick reference guide (as you show in your screenshot) as well? Thanks!

Oh, the dynamic feature would be SO useful, as the number of attachments per point isn't consistent in this case. Thanks so much for your response, I'll give this a shot and I look forward to the tool enhancements in the future!

Hello, I am attempting to use the Report feature in ArcGIS Pro, and successfully generated a report from a hosted feature layer that displayed image attachments. The issue is, each point in the feature layer contains multiple image attachments but a report is only generated for the first attachment in each point. Is it possible to create a report for ALL image attachments for each point in a hosted feature layer? Thanks in advance! -Katherine

Sounds like your best bet might be to have hidden questions in the survey that populate with the values that you want in the report. (i.e. a separate hidden field for scientific name vs. common name).

Are the HTML tags in the label, name, or both? Assuming they're only in the label, would it work to just retrieve the name for the report?
