@JMSena After you installed the recommended version of Illustrator (v 26.5.2 ), did you reinstall Maps for Adobe extension? It is required to reinstall Maps for Adobe every time you uninstall/reinstall the host Adobe Illustrator. Could you please share your system environment for the team to investigate the issue. - macOS or Windows and the version - Illustrator version - Maps for Adobe version - Does the reinstall of Maps for Adobe after Illustrator installation solve the issue Thanks,

@JohnMcKendry Thank you for trying out ArcGIS Maps for Adobe. We are sorry for the inconvenience you have encountered. Maps for Adobe currently doesn't support signing in using a Google account. We are working on that and will support Google credential in the future. If you created an ArcGIS username and password when you purchased the "Personal Use license for ArcGIS Online", try use that credential to sign into the application. @JohnGoldsmith We are still actively investigating the issue. The problem could be related to a backward compatibility issue in Illustrator 27.1.1 and onward. Our team is working with the Illustrator team currently and will share more details later. For now, you may install a previous version of Illustrator to open the AIX file or re-export the map into AIX from ArcGIS Pro with "Compress vector graphics" setting turned on Thanks for your patience. Fixed issues We've been working hard at fixing the issues you reported to us. Here's a list of issues we fixed in this update. Hello @MarthaBostwick1, I have got the latest Illustrator v27.1 and tested Maps for Adobe 3.3 on both Windows and macOS. I cannot reproduce the error you attached. Could you please share the AIX file with us? @RobRoyall Could you try deleting the m4cc configuration folder from your user profile and restart Illustrator? The folder is located at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\m4cc (Windows) MacOS/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/m4cc (macOS) Please let me know if you still have a problem signing in. @AlexandraSwanson If you upgrade Illustrator to a new major version like v27 after installing the ArcGIS Maps for Adobe extension, you need to uninstall and reinstall the extension to ensure proper functioning. Hope this solves your problem, Xingdong Maps for Adobe Team

Hello, Maps for Adobe Community, Adobe Creative Cloud 2023 releases went public today at the Adobe MAX conference. The new releases are not compatible with the current version of ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud 3.2, which was released in July 2022. We are currently working on a new update of the application to support the latest Illustrator and Photoshop. The update will be available very soon. To avoid disruption to your map-making work here is what you can do: Maps for Adobe users are recommended to keep their previous version of Illustrator or Photoshop when upgrading to Illustrator 2023 or Photoshop 2023. If upgraded without keeping previous versions of Illustrator or Photoshop accidentally, and need to work with Maps for Adobe, then you are suggested to install a previous version using the steps outlined here and then reinstall Maps for Adobe afterward to continue work.
