Hello, Maps for Adobe Community,
Adobe Creative Cloud 2023 releases went public today at the Adobe MAX conference. The new releases are not compatible with the current version of ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud 3.2, which was released in July 2022. We are currently working on a new update of the application to support the latest Illustrator and Photoshop. The update will be available very soon. To avoid disruption to your map-making work here is what you can do:
- Maps for Adobe users are recommended to keep their previous version of Illustrator or Photoshop when upgrading to Illustrator 2023 or Photoshop 2023.
- If upgraded without keeping previous versions of Illustrator or Photoshop accidentally, and need to work with Maps for Adobe, then you are suggested to install a previous version using the steps outlined here and then reinstall Maps for Adobe afterward to continue work.
