Hey Russel. I created a group and invited you to it. Check your invites. Their is a pro project as well as the corresponding published feature service and web map derived from it.

Hello. I published a web map from ArcGIS Pro. One of my layers (green polygons) has layer blending enabled using a Darkening Mode of "Darkening". Things look great in Pro. The new map viewer does not display the darkening even though it shows it shows as enabled in the GUI. Please see attached screenshots of Pro verses the new Map Viewer. The map viewer appears to be darkening the edges? Advice appreciated. Is this a bug?

I will add, it would be nice to just be able to copy and paste column values between tables in ArcGIS Pro, let alone copy to external programs like Excel. This simple functionality would have saved me a ton of time copying results from analysis derived layers into the parent layer.

@LindaBeale, @ArthurHaddad, @AnthonyLatini, @Anonymous User. I wasn't sure where this question should live on the Community site as I could not find a product space for Power Automate so I'm sticking it under Power Bi (sorry!). Last week at the ESRI UC it was said in the ArcGIS and Microsoft 365: Better Together seminar that ArcGIS for Power Automate was being released. When is this happening and how do I exactly connect? Will ArcGIS show up under a "connector"? To clarify, we do have a gov (government subscription). I'm not sure much more on the details on the subscription past that. We are very excited by this new product!!

In this year's Dev Summit, it was revealed new functionality will be coming to Enterprise - Feature Tile Caching supported by a new "Object Store" (see below). We were really excited to hear about this enhancement and have some great use cases for it. One question we wanted to understand is how\if this would impact Portal's presentation of the data? We are hoping the end user would just experience better performance and wouldn't know the difference. Would a feature service that is tile cached still just be presented as a feature service in Portal? Thanks.

I am really interested in hearing from the community how you are doing this. We generally split our water, wastewater, and stormwater mains at structures (i.e. fittings, tees, manholes, valves, catch basins etc.) which seems to be the main way the industry does it. We have always struggled with how to handle pipe material (even diameter) changes that occur in-between these features. This is happening more and more as construction costs increase and replacing whole pipe runs is becoming cost prohibited. Our pipes are turning into a patchwork quilt off different materials. It is very common to see a pipe segment composed of both concrete and PVC in-between two manholes. We have tried splitting mains at these transitions and track it in attribution, however people don't like all these "ghost" points that don't represent a structure\feature. I'd love to know if the utility network has any tools or ways of handling this (we have not implemented yet - we are still using geometric networks). The way I would like to solve it is by some kind of linear referencing system per pipe run, so that "events" whether it be material changes, diameter changes, and even different project "footprints" could be referenced without having to "slice and dice" our linear features. Thoughts\advice anyone? What are you doing to account for this in your GIS?

This is what I see on my end as of this posting, and after @DanPatterson reply. I see zero kudos and zero comments. I'm sorry. This doesn't make any sense to me.

That's really confusing. I don't think I follow. If that were true and it starts at the RE:, why does it still show zero comments for example for this thread? You have replied twice to it.

I have noticed that metrics on my items shown on my Profile page almost always never match the real metrics on the item itself. As a example, see below. This makes it much harder to track and seems like a problem with the platform. Here is a idea I posted shown on my profile page showing zero kudos, zero comments, and 292 views: In actuality the item has 4 kudos, 5 comments, and 464 views:

Hi All. At this week's Dev Summit I watched a webinar called ArcGIS for Teams hosted by Andrew Stauffer. In the presentation, it is stated that it is available in the Teams App Catalog. I can't find it for the life of me, and I can't find any documentation on it on any ESRI site. Can someone help me out? Is this a thing? I'd love to implement.

We have a lot of vector data that we are sharing publicly through a open data portal (using HUB) with hosted feature services. Believe it or not, the #1 feedback item I get is that the public loves to be able to download data directly (excel, kml, .shp, file geodatabase), particularly consultants and engineers. Hosted feature services allow this. However, we have some datasets that hosted feature services is not optimal (i.e. very dense contours). We end up having to grid contours into different feature services for performance. (Also, these feature services are resource hogs. We are burning through credits.) Gridding also makes it harder for them to figure out which layer they need for their AOI. Vector tiles could "kill two birds with one stone" if there were download options - not having to grid the data plus getting increased performance and efficiency. I imagine a vector tile might not have all the data that a hosted feature service might have but being able to download something is better than nothing.

We just implemented a new Hub site that will act as our Open Data Portal, and I was devastated to learn this capability was intentionally removed. I literally cannot believe ESRI did this. At least add searching by a map as a option, rather than remove it outright! We have some products that are gridded due to size (i.e. contours). If someone searches our site for "contours", the results are 400 items. You can try it yourself at data.cityofsalem.net. The user experience is horrible. The user has zero idea which item is relevant to them. Only knowing where the layer exists in geographic space can help identify which are applicable. The ability for a end user to filter results by a AOI or extents or a map is a critical need. Using the "near" keyword is not enough and certainly not prominent enough (it also doesn't work). I had a contractor two weeks ago not able to find the contours they needed on our Hub site because they couldn't determine which layers applied. Keyword search is not enough!!!!!!!!!!!!
