Hello. As much as I love orthos, point clouds, and meshes and would love to deliver more of these products to our customers, most of our drone product requests are just delivering the raw photos and video. Folks just want pretty pictures - many times for marketing purposes (website\social media, etc.). This has created a schism in workflows for my drone team depending on what the end deliverable is. If folks what something processed by Site Scan, we use that. However, if all they want is the raw pictures and video, we use a separate workflow and hosting solution for the media. I would really love if all our drone missions as well as content (whether that be a sophisticated 3D mesh to "dumb" pictures and video) could all be served\published out by Site Scan. This would make it easier for our end users (one stop shopping for all drone deliverables) as well as our drone operators and not to mention increase our utilization of Site Scan. Thanks for considering.

Pretty simple idea. Drones capture lots of pictures. Add a oriented imagery viewer to Site Scan.

Thanks @JesseCloutier ! I also posted this idea here on the indoors idea site as I honestly didn't know where to put it. As the community Manager, question for you. Is there a way to post to different areas of the Community site from a single post\idea\discussion? Case in point the above. It could "live" under the UC or under Indoors, etc rather than creating completely seperate posts.

Having a Indoors App of the UC venue has been fantastic. Thank you so much for doing this and implenting my idea. It has really helped the UC experience and made navigation easier. Having practically used it for a couple of years at the UC (I am currently at the 2024 UC as I write this), there is one thing I have found that I wished it could do. As I go about planning all the sessions I want to attend (saving\favoriting), you are only able to see the location on the map of one session or location at a time. It would be very helpful to be able to see a daily view of sessions I have saved. This will help with trying to understand where sessions are in relation to one another and depending on the user\need, either maximize or minimize walking and be strategic on sessions that might be close to one another. This functional need could be accomplished a few ways starting with some of my thoughts ordered by descending complexity. Enable this functionality in the map\app. Perhaps symbolize based on session time and\or order saved, and dually symbolize based on floor (1,2,3). Expose\share the map used by the app on AGOL so that users can add their own layers or sketches to help plan. Add a print widget to the app if none of the above is possible (brunt force paper map approach 😉) I would love to plan a geographic conference better and more optimally geographically. Thanks for considering!

Is there any updates on this idea? It has been over 3 years since a ESRI person has responded. It was mentioned this was on the roadmap. Being able to call other resources and parse the responses in Arcade seems like something that should be here by now.

Now that ArcGIS Pro 3.3 has built in flood simulation features, could someone speak to the similarities and differences with the Flood Impact Analysis solution? Will the solution be retired?

I just randomly checked today, but I am seeing it show up in our gov cloud tenant! However, I am only seeing actions, no triggers available. What do other folks see?

Hello, This might be a dumb question, but our organization has both ArcGIS Indoors as well as the Utility Network in our future. Indoors is obviously 3D enabled but so is the UN (or can be). We are wondering if there is any interplay between these two schemas. For example, if we have Indoors, can we also show our 3D UN data and have that UN data also be floor aware? Can data be in both schemas? We are struggling to understand what ESRI tech stack should be in play when modeling utilities that are inside buildings. We are about to do a massive data collection campaign of our vertical facilities, and I would love to know if there is something we need to be collecting in order for our UN assets to be floor aware (if that is possible).

I am also interested in this concept - how to use Arcade to check for intersecting (etc.) features within the same service.

I'm just wondering if there has been any movement on this idea yet or if we can get an update. It's been several years. With ESRI and FEMA being partners seems like this would be a no brainer to do and should be available in the living atlas. The fact that FEMA is pushing folks to the PBS map is laughable. ESRI is the technology that many emergency operations centers are being built around and not having federal emergency alerts as a layer seems amazing to me at this point.
