We made an Experience Builder Template and the idea was to work on that as a development version not to mess with the one in production and once done, switch to that version in our production. But we do not really know if or how it would be possible as the URL contains the item id, and that is of course different for the template version. This is the URL for one of our public dashboards: https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/aa41b29149f24e20a4007a0c4e13db1d/page/Nationalt

So if the item id changes, this link will not show the updated layout. It would be nice tobe able to switch between Exp. Builders in production. Is it possible at all? Where I am coming from: If we are developing a new dashboard, we can easily do that by making a new DB and once done just replacing the link referring to the old DB with the link to the new DB in the Exp. Builder to go live. I am wondering if there is a similar process for Exp. Builders.

Agree. I think exp. builder needs to support typical test->dev->prod lifecycles. It is so annoying to have to work on a live experience with new enhancement requests. Seems like this is something that is very achievable as Story Maps has had this functionality for some time now.
