While this is not quite related, I would love to hear how to easily modify the labels when using multiple fields with unique values. I would previously simply modify the delimiter (so if symbolizing on city + school district, instead of "Madison, Madison School District" I could change the delimiter to "Madison - Madison School District". Is it now necessary to save the symbology, then access it with a Python script (or something) to batch-modify the labels?

One downside of our approach (using Collector instead) is that it lacks the notification capability of using the dedicated Workforce app. Please up-vote the idea here: Allow Assignments to be assigned to multiple workers

The feedback I received from ESRI support is that this can't be registered as a bug since it's a new AutoCAD release, and it isn't supported in 10.6 or Pro (Supported CAD formats in ArcGIS—Help | ArcGIS Desktop ). They won't prioritize 2018 integration unless they get enough complaints to see it as critical for their users, and ESRI won't release 2018 support as a patch for any existing Desktop version.

Can you also cover what the end-user should do to refresh the map if admin changed it since the user last used it (added domains, changed symbology, etc.), and/or if changes made on another field devicearen't immediately showing up on the user's device? For example, dragging the map around, refreshing the map list (drag the icons down until the refresh icon appears), reloading the map with the icon, closing/re-opening Collector, etc.

The iOS and Android Collector icons should be part of the help materials – most users have a lot of apps cluttering up the screen, and won’t necessarily remember to look for the blue icon. In general, I found this template incredibly useful because I wasn’t yet aware of the implication of “continuous collection” for collecting many similar features. The existence of this field-oriented cheat sheet also helps me understand the field use cases that ESRI is fully supporting during app development.

Perhaps this could provide a workaround for being unable to create polygons/lines in Survey123 as the feature class edited using the Collector URL could be related to [or from] a point feature class edited via Survey123.

Yes, that fixes it. Having the details on here will hopefully help someone else experiencing the same issue as it's not clearly documented anywhere else. I was told that using related tables with map services (vs. feature services) is not considered supported in Collector b/c Collector's primarily use is to edit [feature services].

I have configured a Serial Chart on Operations Dashboard. I have a few extreme values, so I manually set the maximum value for the Value Axis to be less than the value for the outliers. I expected that users could still hover over the outliers and see the values associated with them. Unexpectedly, any category with a value greater than the maximum value for the Value Axis does not produce any information when hovering or when labels are turned on. There was no such limitation for producing values when hovering on the desktop-based operations dashboard.

No fields are shown initially. I am happily able to add fields and format them thanks to your post. Upon first browsing for functionality there's no indication that the the "Line Item Text" is where I can select fields, unless I happen to notice the {.} icon. Is the "Real-Time Decision Making with Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS" the best resource for training myself to migrate from the Desktop version of Operations Dashboard?

The List visualization automatically selects only 1 field to display, and the Details visualization automatically displays all fields if the data is added external to a web map (using the "Select Layer" option). It would be helpful to be able to select a particular field to display in a List.
