Hey Charles, Is there are least one feature within that map that is editable? Collector is intended for editing purposes while Explorer is for viewing only. Collector can only see Web Maps which have at least one feature in them that is editable. While in your Web Map, select the small arrow next to the parcel layer to expand its menu and check to see that editing is enabled. If you do not want the parcel layer to be editable consider adding a "Notes" point feature that is editable or just use Explorer. Hope this helps, let me editing is enabled and you are still unable to see the web map in Collector.

Hi Paul, I can't answer your question about republishing a network dataset but I can shed some light on the first question. When you publish a network dataset all you need to do is add the network dataset (XXX_ND) to the map (not associated features) then through the Network Analyst toolbar create a New Route. Once the Route is added to the map you can remove all other map contents. Finally, publish your map to your server and select Network Analysis in the Capabilities. This will publish a routing map service. An optional selection is whether to register the folder or database which the routing features exist with ArcGISserver or copy the contents to the server. I chose to copy the contents to the server and rewrite when changes occur. I would be interested to know what the results are if you register the FGDB with the server and edit the contents/rebuild the network, it seems like it would update. But potentially be broken after edits have been made and before rebuilding the network. Hope this is helpful and good luck.

Abdulahad, Xander is correct and like everything this is more than one way get your domain values to a table. You can also try the Domain to Table ArcCatalog tool it is under Data Management Tools - Domains. Hope this helps and good luck!

Dave, I don't think you will be able to create a parcel fabric or load data into it that does not have a defined projection which is the same as the feature dataset. A parcel fabric can only exist in a geodatabase feature dataset and the properties of a feature dataset require that it have a projection and all feature classes within it have the same projection. Does help answer your question or is there something more? Thanks, Ben

Try this, if you have taken it out of SDE, rebuild the network in the FGDB and attempt to publish. Or maybe reduce the size of the network to a small area of interest and attempt to publish that. With a smaller dataset you can build a network quickly and publish faster. In the hopes that you can narrow down the issue. Sorry I couldn't have been more help but I will continue to track this discussion and chime in where I can. Thanks and good luck

Clinton, I unzipped it and viewed it in ArcCatalog and it doesn't appear to have a network dataset built? In order to build a network dataset you need to have all of the features which participate (save for tables) in a Feature Dataset, then right click - new - network dataset and follow the steps. If you have the network dataset built can you share the geodatabase with the network dataset. How large is the dataset and could you share it (if it's not licensed).I'd be happy to take a look and attempt to publish it myself.

Clinton, what steps are you taking to publish the network feature? This tutorial (publishing a network analysis service) is a good resource for the proper steps. The first time I published a network analysis service it seemed a little odd that I was publishing a map document which didn't contain any feature classes, only the new route which sources all of the feature classes that participate in the network dataset. You can publish with other feature classes in the map but really all you need is the 'Route'. The table of contents in your map document when publishing a network analysis service should look like below.

Thanks Michael, your suggestion led me to test out the Set Data Source feature in ArcCatalog. I created a new database connection in ArcCatalog to our Oracle database as a Direct Connect (non SDE). I resourced one MXD to this direct connect Oracle database. I then imported that MXD into ArcGIS Pro and all of the contents sourced correctly. This isn't the answer or workflow that I wanted but it seems to be the answer and it's what I have to do. It's unfortunate but all of our MXDs with SDE connections need to be resourced to direct connections before importing so that ArcGIS Pro can import the data sources correctly.

I have set up the Oracle 64 bit client and added new database connections in ArcGIS Pro to our Oracle database but when I import an MXD my features with Oracle SDE connections all have broken links. It sort of makes sense because the Oracle SDE connection properties in the MXD are different than what is required in ArcGIS Pro but is there a way to fix this or automate resourcing? I would like to be able to import an MXD into ArcGIS Pro and not have broken SDE connections, any suggestions? Major Note: This is historic projects still using SDE (not direct connections to the database)

Andrew, Unfortunately, Collector doesn't support labeling yet. Sorry, seems like it should and will likely in the near future. Hope this helps and good luck. Ben

Hi Jessica, Kelly Gerrow is right on the money. The size and vertices per feature within your dataset appear to be your issue. I tested Kelly's theory by dicing your NCSW feature to no more than 250,000 vertices per polygon and republishing to AGOL as a feature service. The diced feature loaded and drew but was still incomplete. It didn't appear to load the entire state based on the draw results. Also, it took a long time to draw so 250,000 vertices is still too many. I suggest following Kelly's suggesting of dicing the feature but set the maximum vertices at 100,000 or even less. You may have to do trial and error unless someone specifically knows the max vertices count that AGOL supports. Also, a second consideration might be publishing the feature as a tile service instead of a feature service. This of course depends on your desired end use though to me it looks like it would just be a display layer since it is based on a raster output? Hope this helps and good luck.

Clinton, you should be able to check for the Network Analyst license by viewing the Software Authorization tab on your ArcGIS Server Manager. Let us know and hopefully we can help you trouble shoot further.

Do you have Network Analyst licensed on your ArcGIS Server which you are trying to publish too? I'm guessing you have the ArcMap/Catalog Network Analyst license but you will also need a separate license for the Server.
