My research includes a lot of hiking for surveying. I have a fitbit which uses GPS to map my hikes. I can export the data to TCX file. How do import this and use it with ArcGIS Pro or Desktop, or is there a way I can convert it into a compatible format for ArcGIS?

Our concern is that the timeline to take away ArcGIS Explorer, Collector and Tracker apps 6-12 months from the Fall 2020 Field Maps release means devices unable to run iOS 13 or Android 8 will no longer have an option to run any Esri mobile apps beginning mid 2021. The soon-to-be-released Field Maps app (currently in Beta testing, Sept. 30, 2020) is planned to replace Explorer, Collector and Tracker (eventually Workforce and Navigator). This makes great sense, and we are looking forward to wrangling one mobile app only. Esri UC 2020 "Field Apps - Road Ahead" session (and related sessions) stated the timeline to take away Explorer, Collector and Tracker will be 6-12 months after the initial Field Maps (then scheduled Sept. 2020, but seems like this timeline has been pushed forward a month or two). So those apps will be unavailable approximately March-Sept. 2021. However, the Field Maps Beta program only tests for iOS 13 and later, and Android 8 and later, meaning - we assume - Field Maps will require iOS 13 or Android 8 and later. Question: what about all the "older" devices running Esri mobile apps (e.g. those stuck on iOS 12, like many 2-year old iPhones)? Will this essentially mean devices more than 2 years old will be unable to run those Esri mobile apps in the spring/summer of 2021? Quick query for context: what percentage of all Apple devices currently running Explorer on earlier (pre iOS 13) versions will be affected and left without an option to even view a mobile map, let alone collect data, etc. in mid 2021? Request - Extend the availability of Explorer and Collector beyond mid-2021 (even if unsupported with no updates, etc.) so organizations with those devices can continue to function while employing hardware update programs to be able to transition to Field Maps.

I have an older file that I need to update the features in-field. It is no longer available as a SSF. Im using Trimble positions and ARCMap with a Trimble GEO XH. I have posed this question before, but have not found an answer that works. I am unable to bring the feature class into the Positions checkout dock window to transfer it to the GEO as a SSF. Am I missing a step, or doing something wrong? Its quite a large file and I would hate to start over (2500+ points). Is there another way with Trimble software or other to revert this back?

I'm documenting the workflow of creating a hosted feature layer and then using Collector on Windows 10 for offline data collection. Once back from the field after synchronizing the offline edits I realized that the coordinate system of the hosted feature layer is UTM in Meters. I went back to the process of creating a feature layer to determine if there's a step where the projection can be defined. I didn't see anything. I'm assuming that the projection of the feature layer cannot be changed at this point. Is that correct? Does the feature layer adopt the same projection as the basemap defined? Any feedback is greatly apprecaited. Keary

I am trying to convert a Feature class in ARCMAP to a file format that is compatible with Trimble TerraSync to be able to export it out to a GEO XH receiver to update the features contained in the file. it came from multiple SSF files that have been combined. All previous SSF files have been lost, need to revert the current Feature class back to SSF file if that is possible?? I think it can be done, Just cant remember the procedure. the attached mxd file has the feature class of "trees" that is the file i need to convert
