I just want to add a note to others that may be wondering, I have since gone back and renamed the Layer from Council_Bin_Audits to bin_content_audit_data and I have since been able to submit survey forms with no issues. So renaming the layer does not kill survey forms (I was thinking this was the case, as this was the only survey form that had broken, and I had renamed a few).

man this was a simple answer I should have though of earlier... I signed out of the mobile device (both mine and the outdoor staff members), restarted both our devices, signed back into survey123 and both our devices uploaded the data without any issues... *slaps forehead* IT Crowd - Have You Tried Turning It Off And On Again? - YouTube

I have a survey123 survey which has been working well up until yesterday. I did a major audit of our groups, permissions, feature layer and table names etc. I seemed to have gotten away with it without any issues until this one reared its head. A fieldworker has reported and sent through this screenshot when they try to submit a survey form each time: I am thinking I must have either: a) removed a permission setting so he can no longer submit edits, or b) renamed a feature layer, or table etc that this form needs to send data to. Is there a way I can get more information as to what it is looking for? I see it is wanting to send data to Council_Bin_Audits. Is this talking about a feature layer? Like this highlighted area: Or is it referring to this area: I am thinking it is the latter. NOTE: The latter is something I modified the other day (the day the survey stopped submitting correctly), and just now renamed to be 'Council_Bin_Audits'. But renaming it back to this has not fixed the issue. The survey is still throwing this same error. Is it possible for me to get this survey working again? Or do I have to restart? I am hoping I can get this working again! Cheers

I have a Rubbish_Bins feature class in my SDE, this has GlobalID (type is Global ID) column as per below screenshot: You can see all the global ID's are populated. I then run the Copy Rows tool in Arc Pro (right click | data | export table): I open this CSV and I note the global ids are all removed, yet all other columns are populated. I then tried testing this in ArcMap 10.6.1 I open the attribute table, click export, then use these settings: Then i get this error: Note this error is only happening on this feature class (its the only one I have added GlobalID to). Am I doing something wrong here or is this a bug? Thanks

Basically I clicked 'add all values' to an Arcgis feature layer. This has added all items as instructed, and now we have modified the table so one of the values are not applicable anymore. I am trying to remove 'OFF STREET' from the list on the left, any idea how to do this? It is proving way more difficult than I expected it to be!

I think they want to print a blank survey, so they can give them out to be filled in manually. Well that's how I interpreted the question. From what I can see, your solution will only print an already filled in survey, is this correct?

Hey, Im sure this is a simple setting I have never had to look at before, but I have a Date Time field in a Survey123 form, it captures the user input and the time is expected to be during business hours in my example. I look at the data on the survey123.arcgis.com Data tab, it looks spot on: I then bring in this feature layer into a new ArcGIS Pro Map, then open the attributes table, and the same column is displaying UTC time: Can someone tell me which format the time is actually stored? I am guessing the data is stored at UTC and the survey website applies a conversion to display local? Can this be confirmed? Also how do I apply this same conversion so ArcGIS Pro displays my data in local time, as in my organisation we 100% of the time work in local time, never in UTC. Any suggestions? Cheers

Hi Erica Tefft et. al. I have had a look at your suggestion regarding passing the X,Y coordinates to a survey. I note in your example you have provided the below, which I have a couple of questions. arcgis-survey123://?itemID=[enter item ID here]¢er={Y},{X} Is 'center' a field you have setup in your survey? Or is this a reserved work for accepting coordinates? I am unsure how to setup my survey to be in a position to accept the {Y},{X} values. I have a geopoint field in my survey, is this all I need? type name label geopoint point_location Geolocation Also when I simply add the bracketed {Y},{X} to my popup URL I think I need to configure my web map to know what to pass through in place, if I simply drop in ¢er={Y},{X} the web map doesnt know what to pass through, so it leaves it blank like this: arcgis-survey123://?itemID=[myID]¢er=, Can you expand further please?

Hey, I am currently using pulldata in my Survey123 setup in order to fill in an address field. pulldata("@geopoint",${point_location},"reversegeocode.address.Match_addr") Is it possible to set this same setup in Collector? I would like to create a polygon in Collector and the centroid pre-fill an address attribute. Has anyone found a workaround for this? Thanks

My apologies, I found a fantastic blog by Claire Proctor that answered my question completely. It can be found here - https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2018/07/06/understanding-reverse-geocoding-in-survey123-30 I had to use this as my calculation: pulldata("@geopoint",${point_location},"reversegeocode.address.Match_addr") Cheers

Hey All, I have successfully implemented this line to pull data from the geopoint 'point_location' field, and insert JSON code into a second Survey123 Field: pulldata("@geopoint",${point_location},"reversegeocode") An example of data returned is: {
"address":{
"Match_addr":"517 Logan Rd, North Albury, New South Wales, 2640",
"LongLabel":"517 Logan Rd, North Albury, New South Wales, 2640, AUS",
"ShortLabel":"517 Logan Rd",
"Addr_type":"PointAddress",
"Type":"",
"PlaceName":"",
"AddNum":"517",
"Address":"517 Logan Rd",
"Block":"",
"Sector":"",
"Neighborhood":"North Albury",
"District":"",
"City":"Albury",
"MetroArea":"",
"Subregion":"",
"Region":"New South Wales",
"Territory":"",
"Postal":"2640",
"PostalExt":"",
"CountryCode":"AUS"
},
"location":{
"x":146.92148550000002,
"y":-36.056655,
"spatialReference":{
"wkid":4326,
"latestWkid":4326
}
}
} This is fantastic, as the data is correct. I am now wondering how do I ask the survey to only return the match_addr attribute into this column, and in another column I want to store the X and Y values. I unsuccessfully tried this in the calculation field of my survey: pulldata("@geopoint",${point_location},"Match_Addr") I know im doing it wrong, but unsure how to fix it. I have found this site, the very bottom two paragraphs give me a hint, but I need an example to help me. Any ideas?

Hey, I have been able to add a table using sql server in ArcMap Desktop for some time, I am now trying to read the table within an ArcGIS Pro v2.2.3 Map, but I keep getting the error Failed to retrieve a page of rows and I am unsure why this is happening. The layer adds to the map fine (seems to display all 20,000+ polygons), its just when I try to view the Attribute Table that this error appears. Note it is able to load the column headers in the background, so I am assuming it is a data issue. The table I am trying to add is a view from a Civica Authority DB (MSSQL 2014 12.0.5207.0), so its not spatially enabled at all. Has anyone been able to overcome this issue before? Or even know a way for me to troubleshoot the cause?

Hey Kory, I was indeed using the top text option: I had not tried any of the Symbol options you mention, but I can confirm that the first 5 I tried in the Symbol Menu, failed when rotating, but as you mentioned, the Water one works fine. Cheers for the info!
