We did some testing around this, and the new scrolling experience is extremely clunky and required more clicks than necessary. That said, it did actually seem to work well with keyboard navigation. However, this is not something most users would try, should know how to try, or be expected to do. This behavior should be improved.

@DominicRobergeIADOT I agree that the reset option within filters is important. It looks to me like Esri wants to force us to use the "dashboard reset" option instead now... but that is not enabled for all dashboards, and is not intuitive for users who have always use the "reset" option at the bottom of their filters. In addition, when a filter has more than 5 options, providing a "reset" option within the filter itself enhances accessibility (and allows those of us who must comply with ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 to do so).

I agree - this is an unnecessary "enhancement" that should be removed or rolled back. Or, give us the ability to remove it.

@MappyIan I had opened a case, a few months ago, about this. I have an open Enhancement request (ENH-000182137). The enhancement description is "Allow outlines to show and work with grouped elements after publishing in ArcGIS Online Dashboards.". I'd noticed that in "edit mode" the dashboard showed the lines between grouped elements, but not in the published version that users saw. It makes it really hard to differentiate between elements when there are no boundaries. Unfortunately, this enhancement is still "In Review" and got marked as a low priority. Its been open since January 2026.

I was able to use the "Switch account" option, which is now available when I look at the ArcGIS connector under the "Connections" menu. My ArcGIS token refresh flow then ran for the first time since last week. Hopefully this solves the issue. Do you know if this is a long-term fix, or if this issue will pop up again when Microsoft re-releases 2026.2?

I am still seeing no change in my ability to refresh my existing connection. I am a GCC Microsoft customer, if that is relevant at all. Screen grab of Power Automate "Connections" with the ArcGIS Connector's options expanded. No "Refresh" option is available.

I do not see the option to Reconnect or Switch account when I go to Connections and try to manage it. I do still see the Switch option when looking at my Survey123 connection.

Hello - I am very interested in a cleaner solution. We have over 20 flows which depend on this Connection, including our auto "refresh" connector which keeps the token for this connection up to date and all flows healthy. Please keep this thread updated with findings from your work with Microsoft, as I (and I am sure others) might wait for more information before implementing the extremely time consuming workaround you've outlined. @OwenGeo I agree - image captions that are always visible for the media included within the sidecar would be ideal. This could be placed along the bottom of the media panel and have a semi-transparent background to ensure enough contrast ratio with the media behind the caption.

I'm very sorry for the late reply. This is likely due to order of relevant statements within your Survey123 form. My pulldata() executes and then a series of questions with relevant statements show (or not) and allow a user to proceed (or not) with data entry.

Please add a new option so that when configuring symbology to use a pre-made color ramp, users can toggle a check mark off to filter by colorblind-friendly ramps. Currently, there are no filters or easy ways to determine which pre-made ramps might be colorblind friendly. This is a huge issue. With the advent of ADA Title II and requirements for digital accessibility, it is important that there are clear and easy ways for users to create accessible GIS products. Adding a check box to filter for colorblind-friendly ramps in ArcGIS Pro would be a step in the right direction. Please see the attached screen capture of what this looks like now and where I believe this checkbox filter should go. According to documentation I've seen online, there are colorblind-friendly ramps in Pro, however the names do not indicate this and it is very difficult to figure out the appropriate choices in any easy way. In addition, a colorblind-friendly filter is already available in ArcGIS Online's map viewer. Something similar needs to exist in Pro. Thank you, Erica

I agree with all comments above. It would be great if we could save Arcade expressions and re-use them no matter where they are written (e.g. dashboard, web map).

Hi - I'd like to create a Flow that sends an email (or even better, an SMS) when a hosted feature layer has not been updated in more than 30 minutes. I am currently looking at the ArcGIS "Get data from feature layer", but do not see any easy way to pull the last updated date associated with the layer. Is this possible, and if yes, how would I do this? Thank you!

As I clearly mentioned in the post, this issue self resolved once we got past DST on 3/10. This post was made to hopefully, make the Survey123 team aware of a potential bug since Esri technical support did not test my case until after 3/10 when the issue had already self resolved. This was not an issue in a web form or on iOS - only the Windows field app. Example of issue from 3/8/24 with appointment date/time before DST - it worked fine: Example of issue from 3/8/24 with appointment date/time after DST - notice additional hour in Appointment End: The XLSForm syntax for the Appointment End calculation has been unchanged in my form for about 5 years, and has always worked as expected/reliably. In addition, we have always started taking appointments before DST for dates after DST without issue. date-time(decimal-date-time(${Decon_Appt_Start}) + 0.013888889)
