The map is in AGOL but the service in the map is from Portal 11.3. Yes windows pass through. In the web map we get a popup that is just an Ok, click and in. Excel always asks for un and pass. We test it this way since we have one portal per state. So the user will always be in a different portal than the layer and map. Hope that makes sense. thanks

All our services are read only no editing. We just wanted to be able to have the public add our ArcGIS Hub data and see the table in Excel. I thought it used to work. Bummer. thanks

Could be that you are new. The appearance ones are fine any name fields? On the settings page try different style options. Post a screen shot if you can.

Connect is much more forgiving on reserved words, special chars, etc. Do any of your fields have a green box in the top left of the cell? Post the form if you can.

This sounds more like a use case for inbox. https://learn.arcgis.com/en/projects/enable-an-inbox-for-a-census-survey/ I do not think pulldata is meant to pull that much data.

I made a AGOL org map that has layers in it from a Portal. In map viewer this causes a brief prompt where the user has to click ok on load and then the pass through windows auth works. But this same map in ArcGIS for Excel I get the portal prompt with a required username and password. We do not even have usernames and passwords it is all windows pass through. So then I am stuck. Is this a bug? Is there a way around it? Seems like pass through with just the ok box is not there. If I instead make the map in the portal I still have the same issues with our state users since they are in a different portal and has to also pass through to our central portal. thanks hope that makes sense

You can use fields in the URL and it will send those over no problem. You can even use Arcade expressions and send those. Here is a sample with a bonus that flips back to Field Maps as soon as you submit the form. This is for a tablet and launches the app. If you are on the web see the post below. So you can publish initially ok and just not update? You need Publisher user type in AGOL to make a form. If you can get it the first time you are no moving the folder or renaming it or anything? Is this AGOL or Enterprise? How old is your version of Connect?

Not seeing much except you just have query in the begin repeat line and not query allowUpdates=true I would also try matching the name and label no reason to have one lower and one upper as it will drive you nuts.

When 123 posts new data or edit data it does it with a JSON post to the service. There is no way for the service to know where the edits came from as it is simply a REST post like any other. I do not think there is a way to ever pull this off from a system perspective so I would not hold out for it.
