Analysis Widget hanging with a spinning Run in Chrome only.  Edge works no problem.  We tried all kinds of logins etc but Chrome is not happy.  Anyone seen this?  The ExB is in AGOL and the GP service is portal.  We get the popup window to login to the Portal fine.  Tried 5 different computers.

Our old tools that are on a 11.3 standalone server also work just fine in Chrome.  So I think its something with the portal tools in a AGOL ExB?

Edit we see now that Edge and Chrome is blocking the popups as it goes into an infinite login loop to the portal.  So looking like something with the Analysis widget not liking pass through login?

Thanks

Update we are finding this is only an issue when the Analysis widget is in the accordion.  In the regular widget controller it works fine.  Inconsistences in ExB have for sure been hard on us.

Hi @DougBrowning are you still experiencing this issue? I tested on the latest environment with Analysis widget inside of a Accordion, but cannot reproduce

Sorry we now gave up on the accordion since we could never get it to work right.  So I can no longer test as this was back in Sept.

But we have two other tickets open now that ExB is getting confused on which creds to use if we have a AGOL ExB with Portal data inside of it.  We seen deny loops a lot.  We see deny in the server logs also.

One of those tickets is Case number #04081687.  And the post is here  https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-experience-builder-questions/embed-widget-fails-to-load-if-link...

Again thanks a lot

@Wei_Ying   We are also getting this in the server logs all the time when users try to use a tool.  Again it seems to use the wrong credentials is my guess.  Again our ExB is built in AGOL but uses services and custom GP tools from Portal 11.5.

Error code: 403 Description: Access to this resource is forbidden, regardless of authorization. Message: You do not have permissions to access this resource or perform this operation.

Thanks a lot

@DougBrowning can you submit a ticket to Esri support about this accessing issue?

We submitted one for the same issue with embed links on case 04081687 which became ENH-00018286 but it was immediately closed on us as Will Not Be Addressed.  But it was the same issue.  ExB gets super confused when we have a AGOL based ExB with layers from a portal in it.  We have at least 3 different cases of this.

Since it was closed so fast we have not done another ticket for the above.  I went out of town was part of it.

Take a look at the above and let me know if that works or it has to be another one.  I think in general testing cases where multiple accounts are involved would show you the issue.

thanks a lot
